Hall Fence Company, Inc Review

Kevin is a very busy man. he travels about in over 3 states doing his jobs. I called him and told him our problem with the fence and that also we had our house on the market. He is the one that originally installed it that is why I called him. He was honest telling me how busy he was and at that time was in another state. He promised me he would do it and didn't want me to get another company since it was his fence. He always returned my calls promptly if he didn't answer himself. I told him I didn't care what day or time he came by. Well he kept his promised and came by and looked at it and said he would have it done by the following Friday, I called Thursday and he said we were on the schedule for Friday afternoon. They showed up did the job and it looks great. It is worth the wait to have Kevin help you with your need for a fence. Way yo go Kevin!

We had Jamie come out to the property in Mid-May and had him send us a estimate for fencing we received the estimate at the end of the month.

Since then we have attempted to call several times in order to get information on when they would come and install the fence.

I've called Jamie and the Hall Fencing number several times and so has my fiance. To date we have not been contacted back and have decided to go with another service provider. We talked to people at the Hall fencing number who swore to us they would call us back and never did.

Price for the fence we were quoted was well priced but if there is no communication between the customer and company. How am I suppose to go forward with other things I need to accomplish at our house.

Hall Fencing was the only people to show up when I was requesting quotes from Fencing companies and they were prompt and polite.

I wish them well but with not communicating, this is another attempt to inform you we are no longer wanting the fence.

Do not recommend. Called to have my fence repair estimated and talked to Jaime. He said they would come out Thursday morning and check it out, and email me an estimate. I gave him a call Thursday afternoon since I hadn t heard from him: no response. Called again Friday and left a voicemail to reschedule: no response. It s now been over a week and still haven t heard from anyone. Terrible customer service. You re better off going somewhere else if you actually want something accomplished.

I work with Hall Fence regularly and find them to be a professional, experienced company that knows the fence construction industry. Kevin and his crew have done and can handle any sized commercial or residential project. They bring many years of knowledge with them and think out-of-the-box when custom solutions are needed. I highly recommend them.

Called for a quote... took forever to respond. He came out to do assessment. I was told there would be an email of estimate. I repeatedly called.. no answer.. how do you keep customers when you don t ever answer or respond??
Bad service. I got my fence from another company now. Good luck trying to get a hold of them .

Couldn't find the company it kept taking us to a company call span set and everyone who was out side we asked if they knew where the company way didnt speak English
