New Year's Eve of December 31, 2018

My husband and my friends and I are used to visiting very large establishments of international renown.
we had chosen to spend it at the royal monceau at nobu to obviously be sure to have a great evening, because as we know this evening can quickly turn out to be catastrophic depending on the location. But we had apparently made the WORST choice, we had asked for a special extended menu as we are restricted to certain foods, we had of course had an answer as that there was no problem, there was an error on the menu we ate a forbidden fish and when we point it out to a certain Brahim, saying director, he laughed at us

Memorable evening in the top of the most horrible evenings of my life.
the arrogance and the lack of professionalism of the staff is maddening, so many bad times, pride, it is distressing
and the dessert arrives with pebbles on the plate which we think are chocolates no it was pebbles that we ate and we could have been wrong because there was a chocolate rake, we still inform the staff who again laughed !!!!!!!!! it was the last straw
the addition happens no gesture has been made we ask for an explanation and there we are threatened to call the police
Traveling all of us to the most beautiful places on the planet and knowing virtually all of the NOBU in the world this has never happened
The Raffles group has to worry about caring so little about the performance and experience of its staff far behind the four seasons, bristol
it is quite simply SCANDALOUS to treat customers in this way and especially when selling luxury services the bill amounted to 4200 euros
IF YOU WISH TO BE BAD TREATED THE BEST PLACE IS THE ROYAL MONCEAU

Your answer is simply outrageous and worse than pretending to be borderline stupid people eating "pebbles" as you say, because you admit that your staff is even less well qualified than we already thought because it is in your hands. servers who told us that it was absolutely not cosmetible !!!!!!!!
who do you take us for ??
What do you have to say about the Saint Pierre served of course without announcing our dishes when the planned menu should be without this kind of fish which had been noted by the management
About the loan of dress do you think that it is the dress the pb or the way in which was treated the pb ???? and I would ask you not to go back on our statements because I was presented and no laundry service was offered, so if your way of defending yourself is to discredit the client by insinuating that he is lying, my dear sir you have absolutely no place in catering and even less as a director.

Amazing hotel! Def 5 stars!

Amazing hotel! Def 5 stars!
We stayed in this suite and were welcomed with champagne, macarons, fruit and sparkling water.

The suite was huge. The bathroom had an amazing toilet! Maybe my favorite part of the room. Clarins products was a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet had some of the best pastries i had during my whole stay!

Outdoors seating by the pool was lovely. Afternoon tea was ok only as it was more French inspired vs traditional English high tea. Some people might like that but i prefer traditional high tea.

First world problems?!?!

Would def stay again. Def worth the money

The staff are charming, smart and efficient and the property is beautiful and unique. We were celebrating our daughter s college graduation and my son, daughter and I stayed in a beautiful Gallery Suite. We were warmly welcomed and efficiently introduced to the property and settled into our suite after our 8 hour flight. Our suite was perfect for 3 adults- I wanted that sweet hangout time with my children and the dressing room/closet, large bathing room and separate bathroom gave us all of the privacy and functionality we needed. We dined at the Bar Long the first night-lively, fun people watching, great food and cocktails in a beautiful space, and then again at Matsuhisa before we left- again excellent Japanese dishes with a Peruvian twist, a very nice crowd and excellent knowledgeable service- high praise from someone who lived in Tokyo and entertained clients there!
My adult children ages 21 and 19 loved the Philippe Starck design and the modern touches that were beautifully executed- all of our electronics cords were carefully wrapped in signature Royal Hotel Monceau Velcro straps by amazing housekeeping when we returned from our first day on the town, we received great advice from Megalie at the Concierge desk about tickets to the French Open and she found a rare pair of Vejas shoes for my daughter, and Melanie at the Reception set a happy and welcoming tone for our entire weeklong stay- the quality and attention never wavered. Aaron Kaupp, the General Manager has found a rare and perfect balance with his Paris Staff- intelligent, efficient and fun. Thank you for a very sweet week with my family!

I never write reviews in general but being a regular at the place I notice that the service is deteriorating very markedly unfortunately. I am not however demanding and I find that a shame because it is a place that I particularly like .

I go there for professional reasons (private screenings); I have never felt good in the palaces, always the impression of not being there for me. It's nice, the staff is considerate (while wondering what you come to do there with your jeans and your sneakers) ... However, the projection room is impeccable

Magnificent hotel! Very different from other palaces by its modern and quirky style.

Inside, the design made by Philippe Stark makes the difference; the largest swimming pool of 5 * hotels and palaces, the new rooms, and the only hotel to have an art concierge and an arts bookshop!

The hotel is sublime, very discreet and intimate with a sublime interior courtyard.

The Japo-Peruvian restaurant Matsuhisa and the Italian gastronomic Il Carpaccio with a Michelin star make this hotel really different from other hotels by being more than exceptional!

I highly recommend this hotel for enjoying an unforgettable meal or night.

I had a great time in this palace. I was described brunch as the best in the capital, I was not disappointed. I very much appreciated the decoration of the rooms and that of the hotel overall, I will return with pleasure.

Lounge at the entrance to share a professional meeting between partners. Air flow and change 3 times table, average service for the price and average comfort also, less conducive to the signing of a beautiful contract!

Having Raffles in Paris is a bit of Singapore's dream. And indeed, it is indeed a palace that was really lacking in Paris. At noon, sushi is a blessing. A flat, however. Sunday brunch greatly disorients the staff. I had to ask for tea three times. When the tea card, it is much too light. Or are the oolong, Puer .... I would come back hoping to find more Asian luxury

New Year's Eve at the Nobu restaurant at the Royal monceau deplorable!
A flop from start to finish ...
Excessively expensive menu, zero service, poorly trained management ... in short, the end of a loyal clientele since the beginning on this last day of the year.
We had the right to a dish overturned on someone, stones in the dessert plate, threats from the staff ...
Establishment not worthy of its top-of-the-range status

This hotel is incredible, living here is like being in a fairy tale. They receive you as if they were waiting for a dying, wealthy uncle to visit distant relatives and will be drafting a huge legacy. This is the best way if you are willing to spend thousands of dollars on a weekend.
