Boston Peabody Marriott Review

Beautiful and clean. Best hotel food I have had. Room was great, with a couch and desk. Great staff.

My little cousin decided to have her wedding reception at the Boston Marriott Peabody. The staff there were friendly, and thr food was great.

Hotel was clean, but you can tell that it's old. I also left some items in the bathroom which the hitel failed to find. Staff was friendly for the most part.

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Breakfast, included with our stay was delicious and plentiful on bith mornings. Would stay here again.

An out of town friend stayed here so we went to visit. The lobby and rooms were well kept. The food was good and the guest service was excellent.

Room was nice, bed and pillows were very comfy. I got the turkey burger at the restaurant and it was very good. Went in the pool and hot tub with all my cousins which we loved. We also hung out at the bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was pretty easy to find; it was right off a main road. The staff was friendly and helpful. We came up from Long Island to explore Salem for the weekend of Halloween. The service was quick and responsive. Thanks for a good time.

Great desk service! Room itself was nice enough if sparse, and the TV checkout option didn't work. Less impressed with the dirty dishes in the hallway from previous guests... That were there from when I arrived in the evening and still there when I checked out the next day.

Great, great room with a bed that must have been made somewhere similar to heaven. The food and drink at the bar and restaurant were delicious as well, outshined only by the staff's attention to detail and the genuine interaction they have with their guests. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I visited a friend who was staying at the hotel. The lobby is clean and modern and the indoor pool area was a blast for the kids.

So far so good, The best is its location. The only downside is no free breakfast. We stayed in washington dc for about the same price with a full breakfast. Hence the 3 stars instead of 4.

Tim and George went and beyond to help advert a crisis before I boarded my plane. The staff was nothing short of amazing!! The hotel was so clean and nice.

Nice place. Doesn't look like much from outside, but the lobby and rooms are real nice. Had continental breakfast in lobby and it was delish! Easy location, right off highway. Would recommend for overnight stays.

It was pretty good the staff was great and the rooms where ok at best and we had no services threw out our stay.

We were married at this location and so recently stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and thought the food was really great for both. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was also clean and well-maintained but us and a few other guests had to call for towels. Recently redone and looks great. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Would stay again but would love to see more amenities added - spa, continental breakfast, etc.

Great accommodations. I really liked our stay except for a horrible internet connection for the TV. It kept lagging and crashing. In fairness, we didn't bother to complain. It could have been a freak occurance

Beautiful and cozy environment. The downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. It's far from everything and everywhere.

Nice place to stay. Small rooms hardly fit us and a crib in the room. Comfortable bed. Thermostat on wall was a nice feature. Restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and kind of slow. Breakfast is not included in your room charge.

We could not stay. We pre-paid for our room then when we went to check in it was oversold. Unacceptable. They paid for us to spend the night in a hotel 45 minutes away which destroyed our evening.

I shot a wedding here. Reception room was nice and the staff was nice as well.

Rooms were clean. Although, the hotel had a low occupancy, (Covid times) the front desk agent did not let us choose our rooms instead he gave us a room at the ground floor near to the parking lot.

Rooms were clean. Staff was courteous. Close proximity to Salem sights.

I wish I could say more about this location. The parking lot was beautiful. The flowers were amazing and the colors were so vibrant. Unfortunately, we were only there to meet somebody and didn't get to stay, but if the price were right and if we needed to stay near Salem or Peabody, we might stay here. There's not much around, so a car would be handy, but this hotel is right by the highway, which is pretty handy.

This is a decent Marriott. A bit older but kept well and a great amount of amenity.

The food was good, maybe a bit overpriced, but most hotels are. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. We'll stay here again!

Restoration attached to the hotel was amazing, however the hotel staff seemed cranky

The front desk staff was very considerate and made my stay go smoother than I would have expected. Great customer service. My only complaint is that the bathroom door kept closing automatically.

The hotel itself was nice, nothing out of the ordinary for an overnight stay. Staff was really nice and normal hotel experience, except for when my friends and I got stuck in an elevator. Nice location just outside Salem.

The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was clean and well furnished. Housekeeping was timely. Being from the west coast I'm used to free continental breakfast but here you must pay $18 for the buffet. I opted instead for eggs Benedict which were decent but not amazing. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

5 stars if this place didn't tell me I wasn't allowed to bring outside alcohol to my room.

Stayed here over Halloween and they were very accommodating. They provided us with candy and a pamphlet of things happening around that day. Room was clean and room service was quick.
