Excellent upscale location and reasonably new place. Excellent convention and meeting facilities. Good restaurants and a lovely spa area. Good breakfast buffet with warm options and fresh juices! Large rooms!

In the beginning, it was wonderful. Now it has a decline in providing services and not good dealings with tourists, especially the Gulf. Other hotels are better and are interested in training their workers professionally, the hotel is excellent, but the workers need training

I went to the new restaurant for Tiliano and I liked the restaurant so much, the servis were excellent, the food was good, the view very nice and I thank Sam and Mohamed

Terrible experience. Not as expected at all. Raised the price significantly from booking online. Claimed that we used things we didn t, so they can charge us even more. Room not as clean as one would expect nor was spacious as they claimed it was.

Va very nice well located 5 stars hotel in the heart of Amman. it might be a way expensive for budget travels, if you want to relax and have a nice view of sunny Amman don't miss the opportunity to stay there. all facilities are available and special plus that it's a walking distance from some attraction areas of Amman.

Everything is very expensive in this place. Only changeable Valet parking is available. Each time you park you have to pay JD2. Consider this when you look after visiting friends.

Stay here while on business in Amman and really enjoy it. Staff and service are absolutely wonderful, though amenities and food a bit pricey.

They call this a luxury hotel but I've stayed in better 3 star hotels than this. The lobby area is old fashioned with old furniture that should be replaced. Rooms are ok but not the most comfortable. However most rooms have excellent views over Amman. Staff was ok but would have expected more for the price.

I had a problem with the valet but the person in charge was very professional.

on of Amman's landmarks located near to the third circle, so far it's a luxurious place at reasonable place and nice city views

Room had a cockroach running around when we got in after being out for dinner. Bathroom required attention, I thought I'd use the spa facilities only to see the lockers required cleaning. Definitely not a 5 star experience. Would rather recommend the Grand Hyatt opposite.
