The hotel is not clean, its furniture is old, its smell is bad, and it is not up to five stars, not even one star

Wonderful place, spacious and comfortable room, located in the center of the capital. It has a wonderful view of the mountains of Oman.

Room service personnel need courteous training courses.
Children are not allowed to enter the indoor pool

Used to be one of my favourite hotels with nice restaurants
