The hotel is becoming very old, it needs renovation. It is nice to have old style hotel, but this one is just old !

Good place to stay in central Amman for business or pleasure. The executive lounge and spa/fitness areas are top rate but the rooms are somewhat dated and could use a refresh.

Rooms needs renovation and they need to get more attention for cleaning as the bathroom was a little bit smelly.. But over all its good and has a nice Lebanese restaurant and there is a singer and drummer it's nice.

The hotel is a huge and beautiful hotel and is one of the most important hotels in Amman. It was opened in 2002. There are halls for various celebrations and events. There are conference rooms and workshops. There are many restaurants and restrooms. Many facilities that I know and I do not know. The hotel is more than once to participate in conferences, seminars and workshops .. There is a service Vallet cars for at least two dinars .. There are no free places to line up .. The halls are luxurious and equipped with the necessary equipment but the sound devices need maintenance I participated in a seminar in the hall of Gracia relatively large The atmosphere is good as well I attended workshops in the halls on the 10th floor, which is good and well done .. I ate in the restaurant on the 7th floor and the buffet was good and the titans also ate in the restaurant on the second floor and it was distinctive where the delicious grills were served .. Also the various pastries, desserts and fruits And juices and hot drinks in the restrooms during conferences and workshops .. Unfortunately there is no hall dedicated to prayer, but can be prayed in any empty room, some toilets lack constant cleaning and follow-up, especially when the pressure of conferences and events and there is no relationship to clothes in general .. Great hotel ..

I didn't stay there for a night, but went there for graduation party. It's one of the biggest and best hotels in Amman.

I loved it ! I love it from outside the design , colors lights at night .

Gives the impression of a 7 star hotel the entrance and the hall are fancy but the reception are not professional as they should be. Room service is good but u have to pay when they arrive at your room that was annoying too. Prices in the menu are not even close to the actual price a meal that seemed to cost 114JOD with taxes turned out to be 140!! Food was fairly good but nothing so special about it. Ine thing worth mentioning that club rooms view is enchanting.

the worst ever, bad experience
trash everywhere, old and dirty furniture, poor customer service

first they charge for parking 2 JD and should be free .2nd toilets not very high standard. we ate at sahrayar restaurant and was not up to the marks. food just ok , seats not comfortable, very hot , singer one man band .
our overall experiance not that great will not consider again .
