I thought the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Love the plush robes they offer in the closet. The staff was very friendly and when we ordered room service it came rather quickly. So all in all a great stay for us.

This hotel rented out rooms DIRECTLY next to rooms they were doing full blown construction on. The entire point of this hotel is to be in a quieter residential neighborhood, I booked this hotel specifically because of that and the noon checkout as my job has me working until very early in the morning. I was woken up at 9am by drilling and hammering on the wall next time mine that did not stop throughout the entire day. I do not now how they possibly are renting rooms with this direct proximity to their own construction but it is absolutely ridiculous

The hotel is very nice. Not a big hotel. But I like it. Room I'm in is a studio but has a deck, kitchen area, guest area and bedroom. No views. But cozy. I'm very disappointed though because the pool deck is under renovations and we had no clue. I feel the hotel can do something to compensate. We shall see. Plus I don't agree with guests having to pay for their car to park here. I would definitely stay here again once all renovation's are complete. And yes u can smell pot all day long. But now that pot us legal, you smell it everywhere.

One of the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. And paying $300-400 per night for this sub-par King room is a rip-off. My socks were black after a day walking on the carpets! When did you last steam clean your carpets. At my hotels we do it every month, or every time a 'not too clean' guest/party checks-out. This is a 0-star property!
Stinking toilet, and same bed sheets for 3 days - disgusting!
Corridors stink - when did you last clean these carpets?
And don't even talk about the pool area. Have you ever cleaned the patios? We had 'black feet' in no time.

Cute and cozy place to stay. Valet fee was pretty expensive. Staffs are kind especially valet / bell boy(or bell gentleman) staffs. Room is very spacious and have pretty much everything. Too bad there are no room slippers (or maybe i cannot find).

I had to go to bed overnight, so I found it in a hurry, but overall I was satisfied with it. The room is spacious and the space utilization is cozy and efficient. The bathroom is also clean and I like it very much. There is a small terrace, but the nice room has a Hollywood view. Parking fee was terrifying.

Don't valet your car here, it takes FOREVER you might as well Uber. I literally waited 25 minutes with one person in front of me. I came here 2times in 2 weeks and there was NEVER someone out at valet when I dropped off my car or went to retrieve it. Staff just chills.

Le Parc Suites Hotel was the highlight of our stay in Los Angeles, so close to great shopping, (West Hollywood and Beverly Center), the staff couldn't have been more friendly, and they were so helpful in every way possibly. The King Suite is spacious with modern and clean furniture, bed and appliances, you will not regret staying here at all. Well Done Le Parc Suites

The rooms are big and spacious. Fire place and AC unit for any weather but I expected to have a stove or some place to cook food, but that wasn't there, a small fridge also. Good location, walking distance to the Beverly center and other things. Nice place to stay for a few nights.

This hotel is 3star at best but it is priced as if it is 5star. We checked in late in the afternoon and had to look for valet attendants. We were not greeted by staff and we had to hold the door ourselves while the front desk staff watched us struggle to get our luggage inside. The hotel was hot and had a peculiar odor. There was a window air conditioning unit in the room!!! I was shocked that there was no central air! The balcony had a view of the woods which defeats the entire purpose of having one. The base of the shower door had mold/mildew stains. The carpet was stained and the room smelled like smoke. We went out for dinner and when we returned the police had one of the cross streets blocked and helicopters were circling the area!!!!! There is a $42/day charge for valet and self parking is also $42/day because the hotel is in a neighborhood and curbside parking is not allowed for hotel guests. There is a $20 fee for resort "amenities" such as two bottles of water in the room. We were billed close to $500 for one night and the room was worth $200 at best. The pool area was smaller than expected and was not as clean as expected. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel and the food is very good. Room service charges a $10 delivery fee and gratuity is added to the bill on top of that so it is cheaper to visit the restaurant. The rooms are a nice size with a great layout for families traveling with children but the "double beds" are truly doubles and much smaller than queen. There are tons of hotels that can accommodate families for much less with much better guest services. The hotel is decent at best and the online policy clearly states refunds are not allowed so the staff will offer mediocre apologies but it remains to be seen whether or not any tangible actions are taken to resolve complaints.

We loved it and will be back! Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was very loud. Also staff at the bar took a while to come out from the back. Otherwise impeccable service.

We wish our room didn't have a tree covering the balcony and we wish we were further from the elevator.
Loved it though!

A very nice hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is very nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Rooms could easily sleep 4 comfortably. Great location. Hotel restaurant is the weakest part of the hotel. Mediocre food that isn't cheap. Overall, I would stay here again, but I will eat outside the hotel next time.

My husband and I went on a trip to Hollywood California and as true bostonians this was a treat this hotel was fabulous the food was great... A little pricey but it is in Hollywood and do to the dr. Phil show I had a credit so I'm not complaining, my only problem was that I'm not providing a high chair for my daughter to eat until the last day so was definitely difficult to feed my eight month old daughter! The hotel workers were very nice the restaurant is beautiful and we had a fabulous time and I would do it again love this place 4 star because of the high chair and also the smoking policy sucked we should have been able to smoke on the back on the balcony knowing that we have a child and having to drag her outside every time he needed a cigarette was a burden... and I know people are going to stay why you smoke with the child but it is what it is we have a smoking habit and now we're not the only ones in the world we should have been able to smoke on the balcony it's outside and they should have provided an ashtray but like I said besides that it was a great stay

My family stayed for a week and totally enjoyed ourselves. Rooftop is the best. Tennis court, pool, and lounging area. Would have given 5 stars but they don't have Central air, only window AC units and our had a filter that obviously wasn't changed for a long time. The mold was pretty bad. It was 100 degrees out so we had to use it. Didn't eat in the restaurant as there are a ton of restaurants within a few blocks.

I was VERY please with my stay at Le Parc.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The mattress was especially nice, and the sitting area and efficiency kitchen were great features of the room.

I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, hot tub and, believe it or not, tennis court. My partner and I were able to play a bit on the court, and while it took a bit of getting used to, it was quite enjoyable.

The hotel is also in a great spot - convenient to all of the "important" things to do in WeHo.

My only complaint is that the parking is rather expensive, but I guess it's pretty typical for the area.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights and loved both the hotel and the staff. The location is perfect. On a quiet scenic residential street only a short walk to Santa Monica and Sunset Blvds. A beautiful rooftop pool with amazing views of the Hollywood Hills. We walked and took Lyft( highly recommended!) all over L.A. and were always reminding ourselves how perfect our choice of hotel was.

I am giving you a below-satisfactory rating as I am disappointed in the response to an issue that occurred during my stay. I was TOLD to park in a spot that resulted in a ticket. When I went to discuss the unfortunate happenstance I was treated with disrespect and ignorance. I was told it will be handled. I have little confidence in the truth in that. I guess we'll see.

I love the Le Parc!!! I have tremendous memories of my stays over the years. I hope my last stay isn't just that, my last.

Boy has this place gone down hill. What once was a solid LA/Weho option now smells of mold. For three days the staff said a package hadn t arrived before finally looking behind the desk for it. The staff also walk into occupied rooms without knocking and set keys to expire well before check out time. Could have been a decent place with proper upkeep and management but unfortunately it s a fail folks.

In West Hollywood I had a great stay my only problem with this location is the way the restaurant people treated me otherwise I would've rated a solid 5 .... Wich is unfortunately because the vallet and front desk we're so nice and helpful yet the restaurant staff were very rude always starring and seemed very judgemental & discriminative .. to bad I will b going to Montrose west Hollywood

Disapointing. Our suite has a view of a back alley, the hotel is dated, and the pool and rooftop area they re so proud of is demolished and undergoing extensive reconsctuction. They did waive the resort fee upon check in ($20) which should not have been applied in the first place as this is NOT a resort property under any stretch of the imagination, in addition to a free drink at the bar (which most luxury hotels will provide regardless). For the money, find something a little nicer IMO.

Some of the employees are very rude. Our room called for some items and either they never came or they came hours later, once i called the front desk about it,the man I spoke with had an attitude about the whole thing.

We stayed in room 254 which it literally right by the elevators and directly under the restaurant. I can see why it was available. The hotel is lovely I just recommend not staying in this particular room. They gave us cookies for the inconvenience which was thoughtful. Hotel is centrally located which is nice and the pool top roof area is wonderful!

I really enjoyed my experience with Le Parc Hotel. We booked 4 rooms this past weekend for a family event. We hung out in a cabana by the pool, we enjoyed the lovely big rooms, and we had brunch in the restaurant. Everything was absolutely delightful. The entire staff is warm and friendly and so helpful. We had a little problem before we arrived and everyone at the hotel seemed to be in on correcting it and helping make our stay a memorable one. Will be back!

A good relationship with a customer doesn't start ...

A good relationship with a customer doesn't start by asking for a bribe, but that's what our experience was. Arriving at 2am, we found out that the room we booked didn't include the free parking we thought it did, but were told that for "$40 cash" it could be fixed, instead of paying the additional $50/night. I cannot think of a faster way to kill a customer's experience. If I could have canceled the room, I would have right then and there.

The bathroom was quite small given the size of the hotel room, and the shower door didn't even close completely. The shower itself only offered warm through hot water temperatures. A cold shower after a day of intense exercise wasn't possible, and the hot water on my sunburned skin was somewhat unpleasant.

The bed was acceptably comfortable but nothing special like high end hotels. The pull-out sofa in the suite was terrible.

Overall, I've stayed at much nicer hotels at the same price point. If you want a room with a lot of square feet, this might be a good option. If you want luxury, look elsewhere.

The Good The Bad and The Ugly we stayed at the hot...

The Good The Bad and The Ugly we stayed at the hotel for several days it was very nice in the room very clean. really nice setup.
very comfortable.
almost like a one-bedroom apartment. It was very very quiet in the room we never once heard anyone in adjoining rooms not sure if anyone was in the rooms next to us but it was really nice that it was very quiet and the air conditioning and the heater worked well in the fireplace to heat the room on cold nights.

there were not any dishes or utensils in the kitchen but I'm told you can get them from housekeeping.

The staff at the front desk we're great really liked David Genesis Noemi Roman & Lamont.
I believe it's the first two but I spoke with the most hung out and chatted with them a bit and felt like I was talking to my friends they were very personable and approachable.

Guy in the next hallway over smoked massive weed like 24/7 the whole hallway wreaked of it I could taste it in my room in my mouth it was that strong. I have a young child that was with me and I was very worried about her being exposed I thought because it's legal in California that was just what I had to live with but then I noticed a sign in the room that said there was a $500 charge for smoking on the room and I saw a little picture that indicated marijuana included I have arthritis and had to walk all the way down the hall down the stairs and outside to smoke a cigarette every few hours. Meanwell the Rockstar in the hallway next to us was chiefing us out of house and home so finally on the third day they went up and figured out who it was and dealt with the guest whatever that meant.

Also the restaurant was expensive.
First of all when I ordered it was myself in my child I ordered a cheeseburger and I thought he understood that we were both getting the same thing burger and fries and when it showed up he only brought us one and asked if I wanted it cut in half. So then we had to wait another half hour or so for my daughters Burger to come. For fifty bucks I think we should have gotten a little better situation. we ordered two cheeseburgers and two Cokes and it came to $48! and the cokes weren't even 20 oz bottles!
they brought us these little cute things which seemed a little skimpy to me if you're going to pay $4 for a Coke you might as well get a 20 oz bottle.

The next night I ordered a Caesar salad it was nothing fantabulous personally the pre-made salads at the grocery store or better it was pretty it just didn't taste that good and I think it was about $13. Fettuccine and chicken was good and I continue to order the chicken bacon avocado sandwiches even though the chicken was tough I think that was also about 13 or $15 so you would think they could figure out how to not make the chicken hard.
The last night we were there we had a female server and she brought us bread to the table with cheese and green olives and something else and I noted that no one else had brought that to us during our time there.
She was great and very efficient none of the other servers seems like someone that would work in a restaurant that cost that much like if the prices are going to be high I should have an excellent server. They got the job done the other guy's but werent anything special with their service I think I've had better service at Denny's.

Also there is no hot tub at this hotel and the pool was freezing so we never got to enjoy it at all.

There is also no sort of convenience store vending machine anything in the hotel had really bad heartburn two nights in a row probably from the burgers and was wondering around at 4 a.m. in misery debating calling an ambulance because I couldn't find any where that I could get some Tums some sort of a vending machine or a small convenience stand or something would make a huge difference for the guests.

One day headed to the beach I asked the guys out front where the bus was they said up a hill I have arthritis in a cane with a long ways after we started walking a bus came driving by but no one had bothered to mention and would have been nice.

Good location and other than that wasn't that great. Does not look as nice as it does in the pictures. Has a weird musty smell in the rooms and hallways. Bathroom is horrible and tub goes down below the floor. Couldn't pick up half of the TV channels for some reason. Hotel is understaffed and valet takes forever. Not worth the money at all. This by no means is a 4 star hotel! Don't waste your time and money, stay somewhere else!

Very friendly staff and nice sized suites. My only complaint would be that the cleaning staff was outside talking for a very long time in the morning and I had to close my sliding door so I didn't have to hear them. Also I look forward to a remodel of the bathrooms with better lighting & nicer more modern materials and fixtures. The tile floors and countertops are fairly outdated and there was no lighted make mirror.

I stayed here this past weekend and I was so happy with my stay that I had to write a review. I have stayed at Le Parc before and I have had the same experience every time. Its nice, cozy, quiet, and just all aroung amazing. I came with a group of friends and they enjoyed it so much they want to go back. Also might I add that their restaurant is pretty good and their customer service in the hotel is phenominal. I will be staying everytime I come to LA. Thank you Le parc
