High standard hotel, spa, extremely rich and delicious breakfast buffet (buffet), excellent service

Delicious food, beautiful surroundings, there is always room.

A beautiful place. The rooms are large with a huge bed. There is no room to clean shoes in the room. The spa has only one small pool with cool water and 2 baths.
There is a walking area and a lake. The restaurant played piano and sang in French. Frozen sherbert is very tasty. Staff very hospitable. The audience is international.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Especially good for bigger events. Helpful staff, good food, spacious ha ls.

Were at the hotel immediately after the New Year for 2 nights. Great service, staff is polite and always ready to help. We included breakfast and dinner, varied breakfast and everything is tasty from omelet to pancakes. Dinner also pleasantly surprised, 3 dishes at the highest level. From 29.01 the spa complex will be expanded, but now there is a pool for children and adults, a hamam and a Finnish one. The room is spacious with a good view, the beds are comfortable. The furniture is not new, but it s obvious that it s expensive, and not new for 3 kopecks. Generally advise!

Best choice, spa super, food super, service super. We are regular visitors.

The massuse who was a man didn t cover my chest while the massage and didn t offer a towel. Everything else is okay.

The rooms are not bad, we got an upgrade after the stay, the restaurant is also cozy (Asian). The service is good. Spa tiny. But the reception staff and online service mean ... 0/10. I had to provide the same information 4 times, each time to their complete surprise with absolutely everything I say. Invoices were formed incorrectly, errors were made. Well, that's why now there are problems forming them :)

Pros:
Price / quality is not bad. The spa is really cozy.

Cons:
The room is very far from the spa.
Also, either their employees are a little sluggish or their internal online system is tragic.

The rest was marred by additional stress due to staff negligence or inability / inability to communicate information to each other.

I liked the hotel very much, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The spa is small but there is everything you need, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, 2 saunas. In restaurants, everything is delicious and elegant. A place where it is worth spending both in summer and in winter. I advise everyone.

Very good service, but the spa zone didn't meet my expectations - too small, only one hot tub and the steam sauna was not hot enough and smelled bad. Also the interior of the hotel is very old fashioned.

Great place just outside of the city. Hotel is a bit old. Extensive improvements are under construction. Bora Bora bar is a must attend area.

Faina's place, the bar on the lake looks spectacularly as foreign resorts, and there are very pleasant staff at reception. Good breakfast recommend picking them up. What did not like? photos are loaded with luxurious newly-renovated rooms, deja rooms require renovation, balconies resemble barracks :)) additionally there is a complete balcony of the neighbor's balcony. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential but needs renovation in most of the premises. No one has been informed about the fact that the beach, where guests who do not live in the hotel come to us as customers, is free of charge. y boards, chairs, water bikes, boats, etc. The prices in cafes and restaurants are very bitter, so don't go to the store before arriving at the hotel :)

This hotel supports animal cruelty by serving eggs that come from the WORST conditions!

Pictures are beautiful, in the rooms as well, but the pool and facade part of the building are asking for repair

Somewhat older. Bed ok. Breakfast easy. View and activities nice. Staff acceptable. Swimming pool and sauna should have been better.

Nice place, though a bit worn down. Eve though it is well outside the city, do not expect quiet there. The place is a venue for weddings and other large celebrations, which means you'll be subjected to music and noise well into the night, especially on weekends. It also seems like they're not too fond of solo guests as their main business appears to be large tourist groups. Breakfast buffet is a bit meh, both in terms of food and service.

Lately, things have improved since something had changed before it got worse.

Great hotel on the lake shore. Lucky to get a room with a view of the lake, sunset and sunrise can be enjoyed in bed. SPA also no fault, 7 out of 10. then for 10 min. can run to the nearest plane.

There is a spa, swimming pool, golf course, sauna and restaurant.
The hotel is surrounded by a huge area of greenery and lakes. I recommend coming.

Nice place for relax. Unfortunately swimming pool is not big enough if there are more guests in hotel. Breakfast is very good. Room had strange smell. It is pretty far from town, but on the other hand, it is perfect for runnaway.

Sunday brunch was perfect, nice place, good service, children were happy with the animator.

Very poor rooms, pictures are not realistic. We bought an even better room, but just after opening the room door I realized we wouldn't sleep there. Soviet-era building. I think people should travel around the world to understand what kind of poor service this establishment offers. Shame..

Good hotel near Vilnius. Golf course next door. Several restaurants. The food is excellent and the price level is reasonable.

Nice hotel with good staff and rooms, but water treatments were cold and scarce dinner.
