Very clean, very cool staff, all very helpful, polite, perfect service. Only a lot of people on the weekend, it s a small space in the pool and hot tubs.

The jacuzzi was broken, the water in it was cold, everyone knew about it when they climbed into it. The pool also had cold water.
The restaurant is good, the buffet menu is decent.
I would like more entertainment.

A wonderful, peaceful place for those who like silence, nature and luxury.

It gets worse every year. I do not recommend it. They win only at the expense of the golf club. Everything else, the last century ...

Part of it is really worn down and another part is brand new, so make sure you get your room in a new building. SPA is ok, but nothing special. Also quite small. Staff is kind and attentive. However, the place is not worth a return visit.

You declare high standarts, but use lowest quality eggs, how can you serve your customer such low quality food? I don't support business that support animal cruelty. Refuse to use caged hen eggs, join the responsible business, don't make money from other suffering.

I am a little bit mad because they did not have the room prepared. Everything else was fine.

Good hotel in a remote location near Vilnius. Large area and 5 stars.

A good hotel to spend a weekend outside the city on the territory of 2 picturesque lakes, a tennis court. Around the hotel there is a golf course, a decent spa area. Delicious breakfast, excellent service. The hotel has 2 restaurants that serve classic European cuisine. The number of rooms is a bit old, but everything is clean and tidy. Guests enjoy a free shuttle service to get to the city center. The hotel itself is located outside the city, so for guests without a personal car, transfer services seemed very useful. The center of Vilnius is only 20 minutes. It should be borne in mind that the transfer runs until a certain time, so if you take a long walk in the city until late, as we did, you will need to get back to the hotel by taxi. Good value for money

It's far away from the Vilnius city center (maybe ~20 minutes drive to the city center without traffic jams), but close to the good road.

Just wanted to mention to others that this resort is in almost empty fields. There's nothing interesting around for me.

Also just a nitpick - the road is called A2, the A1 goes to Kaunas ;)

The place that is way to far from the city. They got a golf course, great outside experience, but it's like 20-25 minutes by car from the city center if there are no traffic.

Some places at the hotel looks pretty old and looks like it needs repair. Each time I get there it kinda attracts the attention. There more things that are pretty small but attracts attention.

However this place hosts one of the largest event spots in Vilnius. So there are not too many places that can compete with that.

A bit worn-out and busy in the middle of beautiful nature by the lake and at the same time on the motorway. Good accessibility by car.

This is an exceptional place, the environment is amazing, the nature of the window is changing. High-level specialists, very polite, pleasant to all the staff. High quality food.I look for everyone with whom we communicate.

Prices of meals high, meals really bad. For sure Chief doesn't know how to prepare good beef. Hotel seems to be old with all the consequences, they take care to be clean inside, but outside is Just dirty.

Quiet place, quiet, correct but cold attention, away from the center of the city

Lovely stay at this resort. The spa facilities were excellent and the food was great as well. We went just as the COVID-19 situation was starting, and I thought the staff handled it really well, wearing gloves and spraying down tables after people used them. This place is huge, you can easily get lost on your way to the different parts of the resort.

Didn't like the pool. Only for families and no children

Excellent hotel. Probably the nicest I've ever stopped in.

Good new spa. Cozy, clean, new. New gyms. The food is good and delicious. Large area, but the tracks need a bit of tidying up. Staff helpful, polite.

Far from the city. For a quiet stay. There is a lake, a beach, lots of greenery all around.

It is large and the environment is good, but it feels like an old resort hotel. It was totally outdated, the air conditioning in the room did not work, and it was quite cold at night

The new Deluxe Rooms are really great, very nicely furnished. The bed is comfortable, only the pillows are not very comfortable anymore.
The massage was performed wonderfully. The service in all areas is very nice.
Only in the water zone is the completely uncontrolled flow of people, built A sign that the jacuzzi can be 4 people at a time, but all the same, climb as many people as they want.

A luxurious hotel that does not take into consideration societie values. While other high class hotels are going cagefree this institution is ignoring the conversation about cruelty and still use caged hen eggs.

Amazing place, great room with a beautiful view. Very tasty food. A perfect place to relax in nature near Vilnius.

Beautiful hotel, good service, European level, even the cool weather could not prevent a good rest.

Little bit dated but great place, have classic style and the service is very good, the staff is very friendly Bora Bora restourant has very good food, we went for the chicken and it was delicious. Unfortunatelly we didn t had the chance to try the spa as is undergoing refurbishment but I look forward for next time to enjoy that too I m sure is going to be great.

A luxury hotel with large rooms, a SPA, and a golf course in the summer. Nice staff and unobtrusive service

Hotel well placed, very nice service, breakfasts ok. The main building was luxurious but already some time ago. I need to be fine-tuned. But still a great location for Vilnius, Trakai and the entire region of Vilnius.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, beautiful environment, luxurious spaces. Warm pool in the pool, loungers in the pool.
