The rooms are not bad, we got an upgrade after the stay, the restaurant is also cozy (Asian). The service is good. Spa tiny. But the reception staff and online service mean ... 0/10. I had to provide the same information 4 times, each time to their complete surprise with absolutely everything I say. Invoices were formed incorrectly, errors were made. Well, that's why now there are problems forming them :)

Pros:
Price / quality is not bad. The spa is really cozy.

Cons:
The room is very far from the spa.
Also, either their employees are a little sluggish or their internal online system is tragic.

The rest was marred by additional stress due to staff negligence or inability / inability to communicate information to each other.
