Golf course is great, very well maintained.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast so la la, price and performance in the restaurants mediocre, room in need of renovation

We had received a gift card for a double superior room. Registered for arrival, the confirmation letter came for a classic room, upon further inquiry, this was fixed and the room booked was now a superior.
Upon arrival the room had two single beds pushed together with a gap wider than Niagara falls, even though it was specifically requested that the bed would be a double. Matter was fixed after half an hour of waiting. Also, upon arrival we had purchased an extra - entry to the new spa area. We received wristbands for the area, after many attempts of finding the new area, the wristbands were not working and would not let us enter the spa zone. We had to return to the registration zone to receive other wristbands. The new spa area was great, however too crowded, even in the middle of a pandemic.
The gift card also specified a romantic three course dinner for two. Little did we know - apparently it's a codeword for a self-service buffet. Food was better than expected, however the atmosphere and experience - far from romantic.
After dinner we headed for the real restaurant with a hope of having some drinks. The bar, even though lined up with all the types of alcohol this planet has produced, serves only three cocktails.
Room service non existant - called reception to order some drinks and snacks, receptionist could only keep repeating "sorry" and "I don't know what to do", apparently the kitchen was busy and he could not do anything about it, not even pass along our order. Furthermore, the restaurant does not even serve some meals specified in the menus distributed to rooms.
Rooms' maintenance is long overdue, custommer service very limited and in some cases inadequate. Room had ripped curtain, broken cabinet doors, empty mini bar, broken nightstand lamps.
Very happy with the new spa zone, however everything else was a disappointment. We have visited this place numerous times before, however this was the first time of such disappointment.

Far from the city and part of the charm of the place

Everything is great. The spa could be really bigger for a hotel building. It's not fun when kids are still jumping on their head in a small room and no one is discouraged by their children or parents. (

Enjoyed the spa area, warm and cozy children's pool. The baby's sensitive skin did not react to the chlorine present. And that is very important!

I was there for a conference and it was great. The rooms we spacious and the facilities were top-notch. The waterpark (which I think was part of the hotel) was the highlight!

Interesting place. Silence, peace, immersion in yourself and in nature. In general, I knew where I was going, so neither disappointment nor delight. It corresponds to its money, although a little more - and even a undemanding person will feel that the building is already decent for years and some elements from the 90s hurt the eyes. In general, the description on the site is true, so you can go.

The hotel was so quite. We choose to enter the hotspring spa but it is not that.It is pool.You should have swim wear. The restaurant was good to choose a lot of menu. We used there to hAve morning.

Everything would be fine, but ... Great room, large and spacious. Luxurious bed! For relaxation, for love, for everything that can be done on the bed. Nice kitchen. Simple, tasty, but no frills. Dinner 15, breakfast 5. I liked the breakfast better. The pastries are simply amazing! Delicious strong coffee. Yes, yes, it is really strong, and not colored water, as in Turkish hotels.
And the whole experience spoiled the spa. Well, how can you advertise a spa if nothing works. All we were offered was a cold pool and non-working saunas.

Realy special place with unique atmosphere. 80's western europe arcitecture and modern type of service and attitude. Music hall in restaurant rooms.

Location is nice, though rooms for conferences aren't very modern.

Deluxe rooms, Vitality pool zone and SPA were perfect. Other rooms and Aqua Pool zone felt cheap after that. Staff and food were also great. We were a bit disapointed that "summer season" was closed when we visited at the begining of September since it was quite warm to use some water equipment (boats, etc.). Also, Bora Bora restaurant (outside) was also closed. So food choices were limited.

Clean rooms. Big hotel. Not bad breakfast. Cold pool. Dalekova then to the city, there is a true shuttle on schedule.

Low season and under renovation. Very good spa department Great nature and surroundings! Own taxi to and from the hotel to the city is a big plus.

The golf house number 50m2 was la bs. Wide and modern.

Strange place, very confusing hotel (fact acknowledged and receptionist), at the beginning to catch up on how to go to a certain place quite complicated. The spa area, from the perspective of a family with children, is quite poor, there is only one spa. The water in the main pool is quite cool. There is an impression that families with children are not very welcome.
Food: breakfast is good, restaurant is quite standard and nothing interesting + slow service.
Second chance: a visit to a spa without children is worth it. Staying overnight is definitely not.

Very nice hotel, great hotel area with lake, golf course and much more. Only the breakfast is not worth 5 *.

Don't forget the slippers, otherwise you'll have to sign the contract that health of your feet is at your own risk :)

At least at the reception or in the main bar, build a person who speaks Lithuanian

Staff at the reception did not care to explain to the guests who would be more comfortable with the lift to catch up to the rooms;
Rooms well outdated, not turned conditioning, the rooms were stifling.

Chic rooms with nice furniture and appliances. There is everything necessary for life. The complex has a swimming pool, sauna, spa treatments. On the shore of the lake you can ride a boat or catamaran for free. Many cozy cafes. In good weather, you can play golf.

Great hotel, rooms comfortable, everything is well thought out. The spa area shows that newly built, it's still fresh enough. Great food in a restaurant, but not cheap. But the menu on the bar is full of dishes and reasonably priced. Breakfast is full, the range is large. The only minus is that the staff do not all speak Lithuanian, which is incomprehensible.

Good hotel in a wonderful location with gourmet cuisine. Offers a range of leisure packages for couples, families with weekend programs. Preparing for a large spa complex. Only at this time will you find peace in the spa area due to the noise caused by children.

Already living hotel, in need of renovation. The TV in the room is malfunctioning (jerking sound), very poor situation with hot water. It is impossible to take a shower - the water temperature jumps from burning to cold. Adjust the knob as you wish, but the water temperature changes every few seconds.
Drinking coffee at the bar is not possible during the events. This coffee machine is on strike, this card reader is disappearing and the queue is moving very slowly. And when you order a cup of black coffee you get espresso, then you ask for what you ordered, i.e. black coffee, serve a second espresso and offer to pour into one. And this is the hotel bar! Who taught the barista?

A pleasant cozy place away from the city of sadness, the rest is guaranteed

A wonderful holiday on the renovated beach, there is a playground and water activities, delicious food and helpful attentive staff. All this is in the restaurant Bora-Bora, which is located on the picturesque lakeside on the territory of the Vilnius Grand Resort hotel.

Spa area - 1 swimming pool, 2 saunas, 1 jacuzzi. If you want to go alone in an area where there are no children, then you need to pay + 19eur.
Breakfast was pretty good. Staying in common areas with masks.
We wanted to take a catamaran, but there was no one to ask in the Bora Bora area.

Nice hotel. Comfortable. Large rooms very clean. Very good restoration. A bit far from the city center. Staff do not speak French and little English

The rooms, finish, breakfast do not deserve even a 3 star hotel.
On the first day we were greeted by the stench of exchanged water after flowers. It stank of the hotel all night.
There was no drinking water in the rooms, only glasses.
I booked a room more than a month in advance, and I got a view of the highway, despite the fact that the hotel guests could have a total of 10 people.
I won't come here a second time.

At the moment, in some places renovation and construction. But especially it does not interfere with rest in the hotel itself.

Large, fairly luxurious hotel with indoor pool and golf course. 20 km outside Vilnius, but there is a free hotel bus a few times a day. Several restaurants. Ok breakfast and wi-fi. Good if you want to relax.
