The most beautiful days of my life I spent here. The place is a clean and tidy imagination. We are interested in the smallest details. We help you, but you ask not to receive them with the service. The lobby is very luxurious and upscale.

The hotel is spacious and beautiful and conservative in its high standard always .. The hotel lobby is wide .. The staff welcome visitors and provide them with Arabic coffee .. In the lobby of the hotel is located a cafe .. Which offers international coffee and tea and a variety of sweets .. There is also restaurant .. Buffet breakfast .. Breakfast, lunch and dinner .. And offers different combinations .. Of delicious international food .. This hotel features multiple halls for meetings and conferences .. They also have a large hall dedicated to the parties .. And adorned the walls with golden decorations. In the style of the famous royal palaces, the rooms all have a view of the swimming pool and the foyer T (Gulf Beach) The decor of the rooms is modern and stylish .. It has all the services .. The toilet in the room as well as the highest level Moreover .. The hotel is quiet in all its facilities and rooms.

Except for the reception staff ... old furniture ... odors in the corridor ... the executive room hall is substandard ... valet parking is almost disrupted due to the laziness of the staff.

The hotel is nice but when we checked out we discovered the swimming pool was closed for maintenance without warning

The best Hotel in this town, great view to the sea, nice service, wonderful food and international restaurants at the hotel. I would surely recomend it

The hotel is nice and clean the room was also nice and great view but,
The check in manager named Bassam was extremely rude and when we didnt like his rudeness and expressed that he out right told us if you dont like my attitude leave the hotel !!!!!! A nice co-worker sadly didnt get his name stepped in and told him to leave and tried to apologize but still his behavior was unacceptable and a bad image for the hotel and company hospitality

Old furniture, small rooms, exaggerated prices, a privileged location only

The hotel has a great location, however the rooms are somewhat small.

One of the oldest 5 stars hotels in Khobar and still maintaining the distinction over years.

Excellent location, quiet, sea view and excellent location

Beautiful and the balcony is wonderful, cleanliness needs more attention and needs to provide tools such as hair dryer and iron, soap and shampoo. I do not recommend using it because of its bad smell.

I have notes and this allowed me to write a comment
1- Failure to respond to the call for guest service or delay in responding
2- The rooms were cleaned only once, while I was in a barrier for four days, and there were notes that they were cleaned in terms of water or yogurt, and empty soap boxes were not cleaned and replaced.
3- During the renewal there was a delay at the reception, it took half an hour to wait for the renewal

Guest service and hotel staff are among the best in Khobar/Dammam. One of the oldest Western branded hotel in the gulf region.

Nice hotel and excellent location and this is the second time I live in it.

It may be beautiful, but they are becoming exploiters. And their prices you cannot take from them a fixed price. Especially for government agencies to take advantage of them

The price is high .. I expect that if in Bahrain, the price of the night will be 500 or 450 riyals

A great meeting point. Spacious lobby and fine lobby coffee shop. Arabic coffee is served free to visitors ... sit on the floor by the local guy serving arabic coffee and local dates and enjoy his stories on the Arabic coffee history , ingedients and benefits. Do not miss it.

Great hotel! Probably the most posh hotel in Eastern Province. Security can be a hassle at times, but you can't really blame their scrutiny.

Absolutely love this hotel! Their breakfast buffet at the Cafe De Paris is wonderful as well

Very bad hotel. And old. And too expensive. Eating Samj. A strange smell closer to the sewer. They should gift the site.

The hotel needs a complete refurbishment, yet its current status is excellent but it is preferable to renovate the hotel's foot and the presence of new competitors such as Kempinski hazelnuts and other hotels.
