We booked almost two nights of sweet alvio but their breakfasts were varied and the bathroom was a Maffi Shattaf

Dealing with the request for a Ramadan breakfast was worse than bad, especially from the manager in charge of aging restaurants, where his reaction was inflexible when I arrived at his office. I would not recommend it.

very depressing hotel very very very depressing th lobby is fine but the rooms are so unhotel so so unhotel check out the pictures of the rooms online before you book there... i have been to the ground floor where the main kitchen is i swear to god it smells like a public bathroom i swear even worse than a bathroom it smells like a dead body plus sewer and expired meet... i swear the smell was very messed up if you want to be in hotel where you check in and have a wonderful night and best sleep go to the holiday inn its a smaller room but you wont be blinded by all white walls and furniture lol and i also have been to the kitchen area in the holiday inn and it also had the same smell i think all hotels are like that in saudi anyways just go to the holiday inn and dont order food

Very comfy hotel, check in fast, and very clean room and wonderful bed, wonderful view of alkhobar water front, food is great, and fast check out. But a bit pricey. Strongly recommend for a cozy and wonderful weekend in alkhobar.

Quaint older luxury hotel with very good buffet and excellent service orientation

Not a good experience The reception staff and reservations are not good. I was asked to book directly from the hotel to provide rooms with a view of the sea. In fact, my request was not met and I could not contact the reception manager or the hotel manager.

Very good ambiance.... Quiet... Staff is very helpful and kind..... One of those places where you feel that you are out of city but you are right in it.... Food is awesome...

Perhaps I had high expectations. Overall it was an OK experience. I think it's a bit over priced for what it is. This is of course compared to its competitors. Swimming area is outside so not ideal perhaps during winter if you have any kids but amazing this time of the year...(august). The club lounge is not worth the money at all so wouldn't recommend it, however the breakfast is defo worth every penny. If you can afford all inclusive breakfasts, lunch and dinner then do so. Their bakery is also top notch. The receptionists were very welcoming defo a plus. Room service and general service is five star.....its a classy hotel with an old feel to it.

Very Good hotel and staff but the room service did not come for 3 days. The hotel is dead after 10 PM they closes all the restaurants and cafe and the access to the pool side.

Bad experience, unfortunately, they do not respond to you, and you have to ask more than once in order to fulfill your request, other than twice. We change the room and every time it is missing from tissues to toothbrush
