The place is a pathetic hell from working point of view, they treat their trainees like slaves, the staff treats like casual labour and they just keep on doing work with least efforts, especially the training managers their are really rude and insensitive personalities, I wont suggest anyone to work at this place , with such a pathetic HR staff.

Very bad staff, behavior is soo bad,they don't know how to handle there customers,shame on you guys you guys are behaving like hell very bad services I will never come or suggestions anyone to there ,very upset from this hotel services and hehaviour

Simply one of the very best hotels in the Delhi region. If you can afford it, stay there and enjoy every moment of luxury treatment.

Great atmosphere, pool, restaurants and spa. They have succeeded at creating a luxury location that doesn't feel like every other five star.

A return to Delhi after a 10 year absence, going back to the Imperial was as good as ever. I am always surprised not to see more awareness of this hotel in the travel press, its right up there with the great hotels of Asia, Raffles, the Hanoi Metropole etc. Beautifully maintained it is an oasis of calm. The rooms are well equipped and proportioned. The only gripe is the unheated swimming pool, such a pity as this has been completely replaced since our last trip and is beautiful befitting the hotel ( the old one was small and quite poor). I appreciate many months of the year it simply doesn't need heating but in winter months its chilly east of the day and I never saw any takers at this time.

Overpriced for food which is hardly edible.One ended up paying $24 for a lobster dish which was burnt and had only lobster shell and no meat in it.

As usual immaculate and wonderful , with a great pastry shop. The tucked away book shop is a treat for book lovers

This hotel is royal and very colonial. It takes you back to an erstwhile colonial era of the British Raj. It is clean, the food is amazing and the staff is very professional and they go out of their way to help you. The rooms are fine and the bathrooms are four fixtures, which gives a very luxurious setting.

I was not impressed with my stay at The Imperial New Delhi. I thought the food was average (especially the breakfast), and although the staff was friendly, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. After staying in Taj Hotels prior to my stay here, I was definitely let down with my experience at The Imperial New Delhi. The one big perk of this hotel is the location.

I would say that if there is Taj Hotel close by, stay there instead.

Heritage building, with an apt name being replete with symbols of imperial age posh comforts. Nice and cozy hotel at the heart of Delhi and stone's throw from the shopping haven that Janpath and Connaught Place is.

Amazing interior, staff and location. Food quality was not upto mark as five star.

Lovely ambience. Clean and tidy. But I was little disappointed with Spice Root Restaurant for they did not have the duck meat which was in the menu.

San Gimignano pizza was fresh and good.

Great old world charm in the hotel.. Come here and enjoy the flower arrangement in the lobby ! For Italian food visit St. Gimignano & the Spice Route for Thai ! Both superlative :-)
