not as expected...the check-in is slow and the room are moderate. i asked the reception for dinner option and he guided us to the open buffet but unfortunately there was no grilled chicken or meat only fish and it needs 15 to 20 min to get it ready!! so its not buffet anymore and the oil they use to make fried shrimps loks aweful...the chief was not able to communicatw properly to understand what am i asking about....

Serious annoyance on the outside with a lock of windows, I could not sleep with it's basic room function! ..

The only reason I m rating this hotel one, or rather zero stars, is because the valet had an accident with my car, and the thing is they did not apologize, rather accused me of lying.
DO NOT trust the valet and please have proof that you brought your car in perfectly fine so if they bump it, you d have proof to show the police and get a compensation for it.
Very poor service for an international brand hotel.
I wish this wouldn t have happened because otherwise it is a somewhat decent hotel if it weren t for how they reacted.

This is a privileged hotel in the heart of Al Khobar One of the best dining places on Al Khobar and the Gulf

Definitely it's a Star Hotel and it maintains that. The quality, cleanliness, hotel staff and the hotel decorations are really good and as anyone would expect from such a Hotel. Of course it's not recommended to everyone as it's pretty costly. But for occasions like large get togethers, it a very good place. Highly recommended place for office gatherings.

Nice hotel, location is fabulous, you have all the restaurants, markets and luxury places.
I took a room with a small balcony overlooking the sea, the view is very beautiful, the receptionist: Saad Al-Rabiah is very good-natured and helpful and arranged extra things for me with every open heart and also provided us a little late checkout.

The negatives: Only a strange thing in the toilet, may God bless you, sometimes it spills from itself

I visited it at a special meeting ... It has a set of meeting rooms equipped ... The buffet is open for groups and individuals

Great place to stay while in Khobar area. Hotel was safe and closed to many restaurants, grocery store and shore lines of the Arabian Gulf. Would recommend location to anyone whose visiting the area.
