One of the best hotels in Khobar and its views, not the most wonderful

The price of accommodation is overpriced compared to the hotel's (relatively old) age and the furniture is not modern.

Other staff are helpful and well trained.

Breakfast is very good.

The room is very nice and the view is beautiful, the only problem is the high price

I have stayed numerous times in this hotel way back in 2014 till 2015 and it hasn't been a surprise that this hotel is still topped number one in my list. Every single thing from the exterior, interior designs, comfort, relaxation, staff, restaurants, recreation center and security is rated excellent in my books. This hotel has never disappointed me on any doubts or circumstance. More power to the Le Meridien staff and an excellent job to you guys. An outstanding hotel at its best...

I was there for a conference. I didn't like the place. Not enough parking spots. Place is not clean. Old furniture. Okey food.

The hotel is very cool .. and I say Hammamet American and not Aref aa !! I say, God, how old are you?

The hotel is large and spacious inside and the lobby is large but its problem is old and old furniture is supposed to be renewed if Bacon renews the best undisputed

We attended a ceremony honoring the luxurious lounges and eating we offer light snacks and most of the sandwiches were dry and cold

Hotel = 5 stars Great hotel and nice friendly staff.. great breakfast buffet nice rooms and very responsive room service.. food at restaurant = 4stars.. gave 4stars as imo restaurant food from seafood side of restaurant on 2nd floor was avg. At best.. venture out if you could...

I took a room according to their explanation with a view of the sea the day I entered the room with an area of only one meter enough for the person and the room was in every sense dirty the brushes are full of spots and dirt and when and between you and between you a door means that everything is heard like you were in a 3-star hotel Mo 5 and I told them with a look, he said, give us your information To return the amount, and for now, two weeks, I did not see one riyal until the hotel manager was very alone. Managing a restaurant is not a 5-star hotel, an experience that will never be repeated. The hotel feature only.

We reserved sea view and got a room with a horrible view over the roof top ;
we were promised a changed in the room but never done .
the balcony is tiny with only one uncomfortable chair ,
The floor is non smoking but still the smell of smoke is all over .
You can hear people next door ,
Also they do not allow delivery of food from outside ,
And around 10 pm everything closes and the place is dead.
And the worst thing is that we stayed 2 nights with no room service to clean at all ( although we called in the morning for room cleaning and no one cleaned !!?)
Overall NOT WORTH THE PRICE AS THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Very disappointed
