This company recently changed invoices system from paper to paperless asking all customers to sign up for electronic invoices. I went ahead and signed up for electronic emails, received confirmation from them stating that my registration was received and confirmed. Now due to this change there are two months past due, they never sent the emails and my account is placed on hold, receiving no services. This is a business and I need for someone to contact me to resume services. I called the office, left a message and nobody answer the phone.
