They are a garbage lawfim! They are unprofessional and not for the people. Honestly, someone needs to check their credentials because the 'information' they were giving was incorrect and misleading!

This was the worst experience I have ever had . The entire staff is incompetant and caused me so much anxiety. After retaining their services I never got a call back, they never knew who I was even though they had taken my case. I had to insist on talking to someone to make sure the claim was filed before the deadline and they didnt know who I was even though they had statements from me and witness and pictures I had to explain everytime I called. When I finally insisted on a meeting I was assured I had a good case and would be compensated for my injuries. After another 6 months I received a call from an attorney that I never heard of and he had without my consent set up a mediation and told me I should dismiss my case. Then he requested to be released as my attorney so I terminated my contract I would never recommend them for any case.

And Since The Chevron Refinery Fire What A Joke. They Wouldn't Didn't Bother To Get My Medical Records Or Include The Letter From My Doctor Regarding the Effects The Fire Had On Me.
Settlement Check OH MY GOD!!! TALK ABOUT A SIN. A SIN AGAINST A PERSON'S CIVIL RIGHTS $300 AND EVER SINCE RECEIVING THAT JOKE OF A SETTLEMENT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTEST IT. THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I TALKED TO A RECEPTIONIST SHE SAID THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF IT WOULD CALL ME BACK. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED ALTHOUGH I CONTINUE TO CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES.

I had major civil rights violation against BART Police. Was told they wouldn't take the case. I guess it wasn't going to be any national attention so they weren't interested. I would NEVER seek them out for anything. I'm surprised they are still in business. They are a joke.

All about the money and that is sad. Wish he would train staff to represent the folks who contact his office. I begged for help but his staff was heartless. Maybe he got burnt in his younger days. I know so many folks that knew him from Richmond and Oaklan he was great they said..now it's like if I am all.

John Burris is fake. I contacted his firm to help me with clear civil rights violation and he turn me down and said it was not feasible, well guest what! I found a firm that did take my case and we are in meditation and the offer on the table is 3.5 million. Your lost you fake clown.

I have had numerous rights violations that can be proven, and am denied the ability to have actual justice. Just not impressed at all.
