As a small Chicago-based non-profit, we have worked in various co-working spaces throughout the Chicago area. One day we were walking by the novel space and decided to pop in to see the space and check out the pricing- and we were honestly BLOWN AWAY by the cost of a private office that was quoted to us. The price was about 60% less than we were paying at another co-working space about one block away. We moved in as soon as we could and have now been there for about 7 months and have been very happy with our experience. The staff is kind and very accommodating and the space feels like our new home. We are grateful for the day we found this hidden gem. If you are looking for a casual co-working space that does not break your bank, check them out.

Level Office is an ideal office solution for us. We get an attractive private office for our team at reasonable rates, and we have access to very nice public areas, great amenities and a great community of small businesses. We also get the kind of office energy and social scene you would expect at a big company, which is important for attracting and keeping young employees. Level Office is an important part of our success.

Level is an outstanding place to set-up your office as an entrepreneur. The team is extremely helpful, the building is gorgeous and very well located. Prices are affordable. My team and I love it here!!

Novel has been a great place for us to continue to grow our business. Their staff has always been available to help meet our every need. The environment at Novel is set up to be very collaborative. We have built several good relationships with other businesses at Novel, some have even led to new business for our agency. Through this past year with Covid, they have worked to ensure our workplace is safe. As our business grows in the coming years, we will also grow our relationship with Novel and with many other businesses that use their space.

Definitely one an open office environment with all the amenities specially for start ups.

Lower level has weak to nonexistent wireless connectivity. Very aggressive HVAC required for property managers to make the air breathable on the basement (was done immediately).

I ve had a membership at Novel for more than a year and love it! The location is fantastic and it has a great community vibe.

Novel Coworking Office is has been a great co-working space for our small business! The building and work space is functional and well designed. Lot's of extras and the staff works hard to ensure our needs are met. I would recommend anyone looking for a co-working space check out Novel.

I've been working with Novel for about a year now and they are simply fantastic. They have a really great entrepreneurial atmosphere that caters to established businesses as well as startups at a price point that makes a lot of sense. Their staff here at the 73 W Monroe location in Chicago, including Carley and Drew, are professional, kind, and extremely attentive to our needs. Bonus: the amenities such as top-notch coffee and remarkably curated beer selections are phenomenal additions to the value of renting co-working or office space with Novel. I simply cannot rave enough about them and have suggested their spaces to colleagues and friends.
You will NOT be disappointed in working with them.

I have been in business for over 20 years and recently needed a second space to help accommodate my patients in the loop. I of course had the expectation of a clean and private space, but what I found at the Level office suites was an incredibly professional and accommodating staff that consistently wants to assist me in any way they can with the development of my business. The tenants are diverse and fun to be around as well and after a little more than a year I consider many of them friends.... In fact, I look forward to going down to that location every time that I am scheduled to do so. The management team is as good as anyone could hope for and the buildings general culture is supportive and very affable. I could not be happier and plan to stay for as long as I am in business. Highest marks possible overall.

One of the best co-working spaces in town. Had our offices there fro couple of years. Great locations, clean, cost effective with friendly staff.

I regret signing a year lease with them. Cleaning staff have broken things in my office, the callbox is constantly broken, staff have been rude to my clients, and they do not care. Maybe things were different pre-pandemic, but if you're looking for office space now, I'd look elsewhere.

A great environment with lovely people.

I've rented offices from many firms, including Regus, WeWork and Novel. Novel has been a great fit for us, in two cities... so far.

We're super happy with Novel Coworking! The offices are well designed with a clean layout and their offerings are more reasonable than other coworking spaces. The community manager is is super helpful with our needs and we're just happy to be looking at our 4th office space with Novel as we've been growing with them for the past 3 years. If you're looking for a coworking space, we always recommend Novel because of their flexible, safe and clean spaces! Also, a quick shout out to our community manager to appreciate all she's done for us!

Love the culture, environment, and people at Level!

The company I work for rents an office space from another location, but I visited this center as it is more convenient for me. I was impressed by the cleanliness and appreciate that the pandemic is being taken seriously here. Sara was super helpful with getting me on the wifi and giving me a quick run down of the amenities!

Started working in the offices here at Level a few weeks ago. The place is great! It's modern, styling, and full of useful office amenities. The people are awesome too! The 5th floor is a common area with large screen TV, couch seating, cushioned chair seating, tables, and work stations. There is a large kitchenette with a handy minibar, kegerator, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks you can charge to your account. They also have the country's first tablet-driven coffee machine that allows tenants to specify custom coffee drink settings for click-of-the-button fresh-brewed coffee. All this in the very heart of the Loop too. These guys are on to something.

Excellent office space, as well as quick response time whenever I need something. Highly recommend.

Great place if you're looking for a small office and don't want the soul sucking cubicles. Plus they have an awesome coffee machine.

When we had the need to establish a presence near our client base in the loop, we searched for the perfect setup: conference room space, stylish, co-working area, easy access, branding, cost effective and flexible (ability to grow into a full-time office if needed_...this has been a great solution for us; started about 6 months ago.

I love the overall vibe and decor of Novel Coworking in the Loop. They take COVID precautions seriously and it is a very clean space. The lounge on the 5th floor is great, especially the free coffee/tea (and beer pre-COVID).

I have been at this Level Office space for over two years and it has been a great experience! I enjoy the flexibility to rent a meeting room as needed and the great open space to meet with clients in a more informal setting. The staff is also super accommodating and helpful when anything comes up.

I love my office at Novel! I am a career coach and about 3 years ago I sought out a new space for meeting with my clients. I had previously rented a small room in an office building. Being in a co-working office is so much more enjoyable for the community aspect and networking possibilities. I can walk out of my private office to get an espresso from the amazing (free) coffee machine and run into another Novel member to chat with for a bit between my appointments. When looking at office options I also checked out WeWork and did a hard comparison between the two. The Novel staff had more ability to meet my specific needs, and I was able to get exactly what I needed for my budget. I also love the perk of getting to use of Novel co-working spaces in other cities. I have also visited the San Diego and Denver offices which are both beautiful and friendly spaces! I feel like Novel is a particularly great place to grow your career dreams. I highly recommend renting here!

This is a wonderful space to rent an office. Not only do I have a private office, but I have access to an amazing co-networking area that is clean, well designed and has many resources for taking a break, eating lunch in a change of scenery. I looked at many offices and shared office spaces before seeing Level and I immediately knew that this was the right fit. Everything is brand new, the interior design is a positive environment to work in, and Kayley and Brooke are there to help you with your every need. I would highly recommend this office space to anyone looking for a work space. Amy at the front desk is a great asset as well. Overall, I love having an office here and it makes going to work a very positive experience for me.

I've been co-working at Novel for about a year now. The space has such a great vibe... all of these entrepreneurs working out ideas and growing their companies. And Novel's pricing is *well* under the competition, but with the amenities. Highly recommend!

Just moved in today. Beautiful, stylish, and modern. Great B2B networking facility with excellent amenities, friendly tenants, and accommodating staff. 24x7 building access, high-speed internet, spacious conference rooms, comfortable breakout room on 5th floor.

I've been renting a private office with Novel for almost three years now and it has been an excellent place to grow my business. The community managers have always been responsive to my needs and it was lovely to find a coworking space that had private offices so I get the best of both worlds- vibrant community space and privacy for my clients.

Love our office here and the coworking space is also wonderful to sit in. Carley is a wonderful community manager who puts on great happy hours and always keeps the place stocked with the best tea and snacks!

Location is great- right off the el! Local team are our friends- it doesn't get better. Its awesome- Love our space!!

I have been with Novel for a couple of months now and I wanted to wait to write a review. Having joined at such a strange time in the world, I was worried about a couple of things originally but I'm pleased to say that I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far.
Novel is both affordable and state of the art. It easily competes with WeWork and Industrious and is a fraction of the cost.
Jana was helpful and the process of my lease was very easy.
Covid-19 is taken seriously at this location and there are procedures in place that make me feel more comfortable and I greatly appreciate this.
The community manager, Sara, is very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. One of the reasons people choose to use coworking companies is in part for the networking and events; I was worried that with everything going on this would no longer be possible. However, Sara has put in more effort than I feel like most would to keep this aspect of Novel going at 73 W Monroe. There have been multiple Covid friendly events that are both enjoyable and safe for everyone. I can be a bit of a pain professionally speaking and I have never had to ask Sara to do anything twice. Everything is always taken care of quickly and never with attitude or pushback. Just in general during such tough times it is nice to encounter someone who is always pleasant and happy to see you, whilst also being efficient and ready to help you and your business at any time. I cannot speak for other Novel locations and their community managers but I feel like Sara is the best of the best and the heart of Novel's 73 W Monroe location. I highly recommend Novel and this specific location.

After sampling a few Chicago coworking spaces we came across Level Office. It is perfect for us! We came for the great Loop location, fast internet, reasonable prices and cool vibe. But once we moved in we realized that the key benefit for startup companies like us (or satellite locations of larger companies) is the community . Starting a business can make you feel isolated, especially after experiencing life at a larger company as most entrepreneurs have. Level Office has a great community! Level staff creates events (lunch & learns, happy hours, etc.) which make it easy to meet other people in the location. We ve made connections that lead to new business, new partners, and new friends. You also can utilize the other Level Office locations if you have a meeting in River North or West Loop, or even in many other cities nationwide. The Level Office staff seems to know everyone by name which makes the place seem cozy even though it s pretty big. They also have a nice community app which makes it easy to stay in the loop with Level staff, connect with other people in the building, book conference rooms and never miss an event. We are big fans of Level Office highly recommended!
