At this point I m wondering if this is a scam. No way possible a professional law firm is treating there clients the way they are. There lack of communication is horrible, they have had my case for almost a year and the other party has already admitted to fault and constantly being told there negotiating. Not to mention I have been tossed from 4 different reps to the supposed office manager Omar who also lacks communication as well unless I call him oh and that s only after the rude receptionist answers who know nothing screens the call for him to say he is on another call allllll day. I have asked for the manager only to have Omar miraculously become available and call me only to give false promises. I would not recommend them to anyone horrible service and communication. At this point I feel like legal action should be taken against them!!!
