Great coffee, finished with a beverage, priced fairly.

Excellent coffee and scones. Attentive and welcoming service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. Perfect stopover for the Puffing Billy experience.

The food I ordered today was amazing. I haven't had a great meal like that for a long time. The food was far better than I expected. I was very impressed and the staff were so lovely with a great customer service.
Keep up the fantastic work, cant wait to dine in again.

My family have lived in Emerald for decades, we regularly eat lunches in emerald and have tried every restaurant cafe pub and bakery..NOTHING compares to the food quality and choices available to you if your fussy and are a bit of a fresh foodie EAT here

Friendly owners and staff, great burgers and home made muffins!

We had a fabulous lunch at this sweet little cafe. My fussy children enjoyed their meals, which is always a challenge at an unfamiliar place. The staff were lovely, and I enjoyed looking at all the fox art works and nicknacks. Emerald is a great place to stop on the Puffing Billy ride.

Pretty good, open omelette is great and service was very good.

Great place to take a break and grab some food after visiting the nearby Sunday Market. Has outdoor dining space too. There are other places to try but that s for another weekend.

We got a double ice-craem it was delishes and they gave very generous size scoops and the flavours were so tasty. Thank you.

Lovely breakfast today, marred only by wait staff clearing the table while I was still eating! Otherwise 5 star and will return regardless.

Since Narzi and Ali took over in Dec last year, The Laughing Fox has become the go to destination in Emerald, for locals and tourists alike. Narzi's superb coffee, arguably the best in town, and the delicious selection of meals that Ali has added to the menu, have become a very popular. And now with the new extension opening, you can come for an evening meal, offering a brand new evening menu, seven days a week. Ali has also applied for a liqour licence and will soon be serving alcohol as well. I visit The laughing Fox almost everyday to get my coffee fix, and the service is always welcoming and friendly I can only say, give it a go!

My partner and I Had a great eggs benni for breakfast there this morning. Her banana smoothie was delicious and my iced coffee was really nice.

Every visit is such a positive and pleasant experience, loveliest staff, relaxed and comfortable vibe, food & coffee can't be faulted. Absolute top fav in Emerald!!!!

Stale bread and wait time was a joke. Won't be back. No paper towel. They did bring out a new sandwich, couldn't eat the bread so pulled it apart to eat it. While doing that I found a bug in the lettuce. 4.6* don't Know how

Excellent food, nice staff, very cosy place. What else one could expect from a cafe?

The food is always yummy. My favorite is the Moroccan chicken salad and the Foxy burger. The best homemade scones I've ever eaten. And the ice Chai is delicious. The atmosphere is very friendly and has a happy vibe. The staff are always warm and friendly. The service is great. My dad likes to meet me there and he comes all the way from Altona!

on a motorbike ride just came in to get a quick coffee oh my gosh I've got to get back here for food this place goes off in the mountains people love this place I can see why come in have something to eat .

Worth the drive to Emerald, the service is homely and the food full of flavour. Please take time to try these guys out and see for yourself. The cafe is right across from the Puffing Billy stop and well worth a visit.

Well what can i say! Well this is what i can say!!! Awesome! ....the owners are a delight, the food to die for, prepared with obvious care and appriciation for the produce they use which is fresh and organic where ever possible! .....the decor fresh and easy on the eye! A place you could find yourself 2hours later quite easily!

Fabulously friendly with really fresh home made meals and cakes etc. Really good coffee and owner/cook always chats to customers. Trains her staff really well too.

Day out in Emerald and came across this gem of a place. Great service, even better coffee. Great food at extremely reasonable prices. Will be back next time we wander out to Emerald.

Went in here today to get out of the cold. Warm friendly atmosphere. Friendly staff. Cook service was really slow but they apologised and made up for it with free cake. Such simple things take the delay and make it insignificant. So come here again

What a little gem in Emerald.
It's nice to find a cafe that not only supplied great tasting food in generous proportions but are friendly and encourage a little messing with the menu. It's fresh change as most establishments nowadays meet you with signs about what they don't allow!
Will definitely be back. Soon!

Lovely Emerald boasts the Laughing Fox Cafe, perfect for a tasty lunch. Wonderfully friendly staff who are happy to make an off menu chicken and salad sandwich, even when they are basically full - so nice. Great little menu with a good range of GF options.

Was a pleasant surprise when we were looking for a lunch spot out of the rain.
