Great local family owned grocery store. While I would like to see some self checkout lanes I have to say there really isn't a huge wait to check out.

My wife is Portuguese and they always have a nice selection of Portuguese rolls in their bakery. I tend to pick up whatever they have when I stop by. Sorry to those of you who wanted one. If they're there when I arrive they will be going home with me.

Expensive and when they have sales, they are normally sold out of sale items and they dont restock in time.. We pay about 3times more here than we do at Geresbecks... Save yourself the trouble and money and go to Geresbecks instead...

Great local store with a good selection of fresh produce, meat, and excellent bakery. One of my favorites is their peanut butter filled donut, which is the best I've ever had. They've excellent prices and offer a good array of items in their deli, so you can grab a quick dinner if you are in a hurry. Very glad to have them as a local shopping option!

I love our local grocery store! Convenient and the meats are always great cuts and quality at an affordable price!

They usually have at least one sale on staple everyday supplies and let you know when they have new things to try. They devote an entire aisle to just pet products. Just for getting all our pets needs there, we got a ten dollar coupon... Unfortunately we forgot the date and brought it two days later and it expired but the prices were still amazing. The reason they don't get a fifth is they aren't twenty four hours!!

Really the bakery is AMAZING! I can smell in the fall at night when they are baking their donuts. The donuts are amazing...think Shoppers donuts- BUT BETTER.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. Their bakery is first rate. I highly recommend the donuts and the bagels. I wanted to deep fry a turkey this summer and this was the only store in my area to have them. They also have a very nice coffee shop inside.

Very clean store. I go there almost every day. Took Mom there yesterday and she said it was expensive.

Went to the deli for my lunch meat. Josh went out of his way and stopped what he was doing in order to help me. Extraordinary customer service! I go out of my way to shop here mainly because of the customer service from employees like Josh!!

Always has open registers, but selection is different than in a more main stream supermarket, that is they have wierd things you've never seen before and don't have exact things you need.

Awesome family owned grocery store. The deli is great, probably the best bakery in Pasadena, always clean and well stocked.

They have 'upgraded' the produce area. Trying to look like whole foods or something. The prices are not that great either. I only get stuff on sale. 4 stars for prices. Their fried chicken is yummy. We like their Cole slaw as well. Doughnuts are extremely good here. I get my kids birthday cakes here.

Smearcase. Get. The. Smearcase. You won't find it outside of the Baltimore area, and it's amazing.
