My car sat in the service shop for 1 week before anyone worked on it.
No one wanted to take responsibility on how to handle the paint defect.
Service advisor was horrible, didn't call me. I had to be the one calling him.
Received conflicting information from body shop and service area.
Met with Sales Manager Jerry. He never followed up on anything either.
Car returned very dirty. I had to ask them twice to run it through the car wash.
After 1 hour the service advisor David said there is a backup of cars. It should have been clean before I picked it up.
Loaner car smelled (Toyota Corolla) for two weeks
Extremely unsatisfied after buying a new car and having it for 4 weeks and then two weeks in service.
