Lauberge casino and resort Review

Terrible room,hallway was dirty. Ice room floor puddles with water and trash overflowing for at least 24hrs. Pillows sucked!

Food and service was subpar for casino dining. Manager was very dismissive and the wait stuff was chaotic and confused. Food was cold and was rushed to leave. For the price you pay, go somewhere else.

One of the three local casinos in town. Great place to visit and I always seem to win here. Food is great and atmosphere !

Room was by the elevators and I could hear clicking/clacking noises from them all night. No hot water the next morning when we awoke. Notified the front desk and said they would have maintenance take a look before the next guests arrive. Service was good and casino offered a wide variety of games. They even gave me a free birthday cupcake! I will visit again.

Beautiful resort, excellent buffet and very helpful staff.

The hotel rooms were great. The casino the same very clean and not much smoke. The waitress all were very good while we were gaming. Winter months so all inside activities for us. But the Casino has huge outdoor water area.

Won as soon as we walked in. Had fun. Waiting to go back.

We had valet parking for one night and stuff ended up missing . This was three weeks ago and security still has not called us back. I am very disapointed because we have been going there for years. I guess. We will go somewhere different now. We are retired and I am a vetern of the armed forces..

Absolutely love this place. Once you're all checked in, there's no need to leave. They even have a barber shop on site.

Very classy with some great perks. I always have a great time when I go. All the waitresses are great. Security and all staff are very friendly.

I have been frequently visiting this casino since it opened and have never won a jackpot and thats not my greatest complaint. When i play i would atleast like a few drinks to compensate the money I've lost; I'm sure i wouldn't feel so bad losing all the time knowing i got a few drinks out the deal. I find that i must strategically find a place to be in the waitresses view or path just to get a drink. Also i have never gotten one thing from them in the mail inviting me to stay and play. Not even an invite to the drawings. I can say every employee is always friendly and willing to help you and the food is awsome. The place is always clean but the slots are hard to enjoy because their pay out/ put in value is so far off.

Rooms were nice and large, casino was ok lots on new machines and a nice blend of older games. They have caveman keno.

The room was horrible. The tv did not work and the room smelled of rank smoke.

Kudos to the security staff at this hotel. We were there on a mini-vacation celebrating our anniversary our car got hit by another car in the parking lot the security staff did an outstanding job finding the person that hit us and got the information for our insurance amazing work will be back in the future thank you!

We had met some friends for drinks and good convo. Good selection of cocktails and pushy waiters.

This place is overrated! The only thing I appreciate are the clean bathrooms (they do an excellent job). There are better options in my opinion. The Nugget offers a better dining experience and the Isle has better customer service. Over the past few years they have only gone downhill from when they first arrived. Go back to catering to your customers as they're the ones that pay the bills. I'll update my rating if I return

It's a casino! There is no way, other than losing all your money will you not have fun.

I did not like the set up of the machines. They were so close and we never won anything. The casino is nice, just not the slot machine positioning.

The buffet had good options. The brisket was decent and we enjoyed the desserts the most. Good variety. We didn't stay in the rooms so we can't comment on them. Great service.

Did not stay here but stopped by. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, tables and slots were paying off!!

Being repaired. Currently has serious leak, humidity, and security issues.

Very nice facility, clean and comfortable rooms. Good food but buffet is to pricey. Table games were to high for my budget, but actually won some on the slots. Of the 5 casinos we visited, this was my favorite.

Great place to gamble, nearby hotels are convenient if you don't want to pay the high price of the big one on weekends.

Best birthday present ever lovely my wife took me to L.'Auberge and it was awesome I got a free buffet for my birthday a cool looking Gold pendant and 100 chips.. talk about balling..

The hotel is so beautiful and spacious. The room was a great size and for our group comfortably. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. The casino is so big and there's something for everyone. Several restaurant options within the hotel. I took a star off because the service level was not up to par for the price point. We needed towels and no one ever answered the front desk or concierge, I had to call a bellhop to finally get ahold of someone. We ate at 2 restaurants and both times the employees were short with us and not very welcoming.

Awesome casino, had a wide range of bets for all the games that made it extremely accessible even for a weekend retreat with a few hundred dollars. Of the three in the area, we came back to LAuberge every time

Love the ambience. The warm fire as you enter and the people that great you. I enjoy staying here and playing their tables. The dealers and personnel are all kind and have a personality when you play. Awsm food and bars.

The pool area and Jack Daniels bar were phenomenal and relaxing. If I am visiting again I will spend more time here. I highly recommend it.

Very nice, clean, there are games for everyone's budget. Smoking is allowed in the casino and the drinks are free, just the the waitress.

If you wanna have a good time, great customer service, and do some serious gambling and drinking, this is the place for you. More of a chill vibe I like.

L'auberge is a lovely casino. The gaming floor is smaller than the Golden Nugget next door, but it has a good variety of games. I love that there are beverage stations on the floor, so you don't have to wait for a waitress to come around for sodas. The hotel rooms are nice, though the decor feels a bit outdated. The pool area is fantastic, the best of the two adjacent casinos.
