Very pretty prooerty...has everything u can possibly need.. ya domt have to leave to get anything..and so much to do for the entire fmly

Place was okay at best. For the money you don't get many amenities.the wifi was dirt slow at 1mbps or you could pay $15 a day for Mbps, which is still dirt slow. No fridges in the rooms, the tv was dated. Staff was nice, but the place is built in such a way that you're going to get lost a lot, and do a ton of walking.

Beautiful rooms with great customer service. Great place to get out and enjoy yourself. And win some cash!!

This is one of the nicest places to go and spend a couple days! Take the kids or family to go to because the views, things to do, and more are just endless! There is gambling, pool, dining, drinks, entertainment... great get away!

I was catching up with old work friends at one of the bars. The bartenders were always ready to take a drink order. Price was about average. The bar was clean.

Absolutely excellent, clean room, courteous and friendly staff. all amenities great and excellent. Casino staff also very gracious, promptly responded when machine out of paper. I highly recommend. Bed was so comfortable. I can t wait to return next month. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time.

I love this place. It's always my stress release place. I get in my car and make the 2 hour drive to my happy place. I just love the atmosphere. I gamble some but I love the buffet, the shops and the grounds. It's a beautiful place. Oh and the free drinks are good too.

First, as soon as you walk into the lobby you feel welcomed. It feels comfortable like home. The staff is warm and welcoming every time I have visited. The rooms are always well cleaned and maintained. The casino is well kept, they alwayd have staff constantly walking around cleaning. The casino has decent payouts and the member program is decent as well. The drink guy was amazing. He checked on us every 20 minutes and made sure our glasses weren't empty for too long. The pool area is great for the family during our summer visits. They also have a lady that walks around with a cart of Chinese dishes that taste great and it's really affordable. This casino is always on my stop list when visiting Louisiana. I highly recommend this casino and resort.

My friend and I went last Saturday. I had only been in the casino once before, and I usually only go to L'Auberge to have dinner. I went into the casino with my friend, and it was honestly mediocre. There are so many slot machines, but not nearly enough of the virtual poker games that are actually fun. Personally, I feel that slots are a huge waste of time and money. I hated seeing so many slot machines and so few of anything that actually requires thought for average income people to do. If you are not a high income earning individual and want to play some poker, just get some friends together at your house instead because this place is really only for high rollers and people who like being cheated by rigged slot machines.

Staff are friendly, the whole building is extremely clean, but boy I have not been able to win or catch a break here.

Great room but AC was not working properly. We called maintenance with no luck.

I thought this was a 5 star hotel. I was do wrong. Security called my room at midnight and woke us to ask us if the pervious guests had left a jacket in the room. Which at that time we were so exhausted from driving all day to get there . We just checked out and slept in the car till we were awake enough to drive over to Biloxi and get a room at Scarlet Pearl wonderful hotel and the employees are so helpful and cheerful. Really is a 5 star hotel!!!! I will never stay at l'auberge in lake Charles again. Horrible night. And no there wasn't any thing left in the room! I feel sorry for anyone who stays there.

Very nice hotel & casino. Buffet is excellent, Jack Daniels Grill not too much. Bad food, bad service. The room was clean & comfy. Will go back!!

Always have a great time here. never win any money, but then again I don't expect to. I'm a low roller, and have no qualms with spending 20-100 bucks just playing around until the money is gone. no regrets, beautiful facility. L'Auberge is older than it's neighbor "Golden nugget" but has an certain class to it that feels more "prestigious" than Golden nugget.

have never been here before, just checked in after driving 10 hours from Joplin, we paid, online in advance for king smoking room..arrived to, we will give you a 2 queen bed, it was on a non smoking floor.. when we got moved to smoking room, tv didn't work, had to wait for maintenance.. so far, the maintenence guy has been best part of this stop very disappointed after a long drive..
...maybe the casino will pay out..

I only really went to the casino and lost money lol. I like that as long as your betting you get free drinks. Don't love the smoking, but I get why its allowed.

We didn't stay long, but L'Auberge is the place to be.

They need to have more craps tables open than just 2. I was also physically accosted by a drunk man in the hall and the staff did nothing to help. I was really disappointed in my experience and will never come back here again.

Friendly staff, plenty of coctail waitress 's , loose machines, great pool, plus an adult pool!! Great comps too. Favorite place!!

Good place to spend some time to unwind. People are good and there is always something going on for all your family. If you ever in Lake Charles I really l recommend that you join L'Auberge and have some good fun for the whole family. Everyone be bless and enjoy yourself......

This was my first time and it was nice. Here with my daughter Nicole and grandkids.

Not impressed with their rewards program, but it's a decent hotel. I haven't tried any of the restaurants or rooms so I can't really give an accurate account of any of it's amenities.

I go to Lauberge several times a year. I have a great host Maria Francis. I get a great massage from Jennifer. I get great pedi with Andrea. As you can tell service is excellent. I always request a king but always get 2 queens but that is acceptable. Modern pantry is pretty good. The cafe mocha isn t as good as Starbucks or PJs. The rooms are good. The card benefits are really good. The checkin & valet went smooth I have it 3 stars because I play super hard I m just sick of these slots being so tight. I don t mind losing my budget but the last 10 times I lost triple my budget. I feel like my card has a mark says don t let this lady win. Haha!

The hotel was quite nice, but the pillows were a little on the thick side. The food at the market is good to, but slightly expensive for what you get. Didn't gamble or eat at a restaurant. Good stay overall

Wonderful stay. Velvet in reservation was excellent with great customer service. Made our stay extra special. Our room had drainage issues from bathtub. Enjoyed our stay.

We had several issues with our room, and the vending machines on our floor were sold out. I brought our issues to the attention of management at check out time, and they promptly apologized and comped our room, without any fuss. This was the first time I've ever been so unsatisfied that I had to address it with staff, and thankfully, they made it much easier than I anticipated.

GREAT machines polite employees great food great entertainment

When I went to the My Choice desk to get the loyalty card, the person noticed my birthday was this month & have me a necklace & cupcake voucher. I wore my necklace all night & every time a L'Auberge employee saw me they wished me happy birthday. This was very nice & kept me in a happy & positive frame of mind. Overall it was a very nice evening & I can't wait to visit again.
