I entrusted Latite as the largest roofer in the state of Florida that the experience would be none the less of the best. However, the experience was not pleasant. The way customers are treated is poorly. This is what they get two stars from me. They dropped tiles from the roof into the ac and broke my ac. They did pay for the repairs. The entire project took four months and would have taken longer if I didn't follow thru with them to finish on a daily basis. You may have a better experience. I'd give it 50/50 chance.

This company installed our roof on our brand new home. The last 5 years we have had 3 roof leaks that needed to be repaired. I would NOT recommend this company.
This is a fantastic roofing company. We called them recently, because we had a little dark spot appear on our ceiling on the second floor...and the spot got bigger after a rain storm. That's never good. We contacted Latite to come out and inspect for what we thought was a roof leak. They were able to come out the next day to find out what was going on.
When the gentleman got here to inspect, he was very professional and friendly. He went up in to the attic and confirmed that there was a leak, and they could fix it. He gave us the estimate, we signed it, and he took it back to the shop. We were able to schedule the repairs for the following Monday. This was great, because it was less than a week to wait! We were told that the roofers would arrive at our house between 8a and 10a to fix the leak.
The two roofers showed up on Monday morning at 8am sharp! One of the gentlemen went up into the attic to confirm where the leak was located, and then they got to work. They were done in about 3 hours. The next day, we had a huge rain storm again (it's summertime in Florida), and we could not hear any dripping water where the roof had been fixed. Also, the dark spot on the ceiling didn't get any bigger. We received the paperwork and 1-year warranty via email a couple of days later.
Whenever we have any roofing issues, we will definitely call Latite. They are responsive, the prices are good, and they do great work. I highly recommend this company!
I spent a lot of time searching for the right company to do my roofing needs. You see, my entire roof needed to be replaced, it was heavily damaged by Irma back in 2017.
From start to finish each of the individuals working on my roof were experienced professionals, and truly the very best at what they did. All you really need to know is that if they say it can be done, It Will Be Done Right!
As their employees drive going 60 miles per hour in the left lane on the turnpike 5 miles an hour under the speed limit slowing down traffic I wouldn't use this company just out of principle. Teach your employees how to drive or monitor their driving
This was a very good experience for me. I highly recommend this company. I've lived in my home for 20 years and I must say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with contractors on a home project. This company was professional on every level from the time I was quoted to their final inspection. When there were any delays there was communication and they did a good job managing my expectations. I got six quotes on reroofing my house and they provided the best value.
Latite replaced our roof in April 2020 and we could not be happier. We made the right decision to hire Latite. The estimate process, assignment of an excellent project manager, timeliness and quality of work were all outstanding. The people doing the work are employees vs. contractors and are experienced and knowledgeable. This makes a huge difference as I watch other roofing companies doing work in our community. My roof was replaced about one year ago and gutters were added shortly thereafter by another company. There was a problem with water coming off the roof and going over the gutter and flooding the entrance to my home. I thought it was a roof problem and called Latite roofing. I spoke to Laura Boyle and am very grateful that I did. She was professional, courteous, made me feel very comfortable and emphasized getting the job done right. She made arrangements in a timely manner to get a repair crew out to look at the problem. When the repair crew arrived , which by the way was on time, they quickly assessed the problem. It was not the roof! It was the pitch of the gutter. They did not hesitate to repair that even though they did not install it. I could not ask for anything better In a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are unfortunately too common, Latite Roofing is a rare find.
