My roof was replaced about one year ago and gutters were added shortly thereafter by another company. There was a problem with water coming off the roof and going over the gutter and flooding the entrance to my home. I thought it was a roof problem and called Latite roofing. I spoke to Laura Boyle and am very grateful that I did. She was professional, courteous, made me feel very comfortable and emphasized getting the job done right. She made arrangements in a timely manner to get a repair crew out to look at the problem. When the repair crew arrived , which by the way was on time, they quickly assessed the problem. It was not the roof! It was the pitch of the gutter. They did not hesitate to repair that even though they did not install it. I could not ask for anything better
