Latin Soul have made exercise fun! I have spent my whole life hating exercise but as I like dancing I thought I would give Zumba a go. Three years later I'm still there and Zumba with Latin Soul have got better and better. Fredy and his team create an amazing atmosphere with their high energy routines and are so friendly, warm and welcoming. If you want to try Zumba then I urge you to come to Latin Soul, I honestly cannot recommend them enough!!

What an awesome class! The music was incredible, teachers super friendly and easy to follow on stage. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely be back again when I'm next in the area. Thank you!

Karime's 60th birthday Bash.

It was an Amazing event thanks to all the work put in by the boys setting up the dance floor and the DJ. The live band "Los Soneros" were fantastic as usual and everybody present were very happy and still praising your efforts to this day. It was a most memorable evening for all of us.

What can I say... once I attended Fredy's classes all those years ago I was hooked. Fredy was born dancing (It's in his levi's), He breathes dance out of every pore and it shows. All his teachers are equally fanstastic. Attending latin soul classes feels like one big party; doesn't matter what kind of day you have had at work or with the kids- leave your troubles at the door, and come and join this latin soul family. You will not look back and you will leave flushed, fitter and rejuvinated with the biggest smile plastered on your face. Just Dance, and glow ... it's infectious in the best way possible.

I have been to many Zumba classes over the last few years- but I can honestly say that Fredy & his team are the absolute best

I had a great time.

We had a party to remember thanks to Latin Soul. We had a flexible and good value party package including a marquee, dance floor, decorations, bar, mixologist etc. All evening, people were thanking me for a great party, but I couldn't have done it without Latin Soul.

Zumba has become my life, i love it. The Latin soul team are fab and encouraging you all through the session.
I do zumba 3-4 times a week and couldn't live with out it,i look forward Mondays. how many of you can say that???? come to zumba with Latin soul and you will be able to say the same thing! :-)

I don't have a great sense of rhythm so I thought that a salsa class would be a painful experience for me. It took me over a year to push myself and try this class which was recommended by a friend and I m so annoyed that I ve wasted all this time! All the teachers are fantastic, there s a great atmosphere, you don t feel that you re being judged by anyone. I met lovely people, everyone is very friendly. I can see now how quickly you can become addicted to this class!

The best Zumba class I have been to by far (and I've been to many). Both live and on zoom, it's unbeatable. lots of fun as well as great for fitness and well being. I would highly recommend to beginners, intermediate and advanced!!!!!!!!!

Best Zumba classes in North London, Excellent instructors and fun routines! Fantastic Atmosphere and an awesome way to get fit.. seriously, if you haven't tried Zumba with Latin Soul.. you haven't Lived! Great work out and great music!

I strongly recommend Latin Soul's zumba classes. I have tried and failed with the gym several times but have stuck with the classes because they are actually fun. All the instructors are brilliant and I would feel stiff and old without my regular zumba fix.
