I have been to many Zumba classes over the last few years- but I can honestly say that Fredy & his team are the absolute best
Hes a great dancer , I love his music selection & even though sometimes its really tough, its the most fun Ive ever had exercising !
Dancing frees the soul & Fredys classes make me smile & laugh !
