I suffered a signifanct financial loss due to this company and i know of others. abdallah jaddou, ioannis kyros and niall connolly are the masterminds behind the scam. they operate under many company names across london and surrey.. do notuse them and be extra careful if you are approached by them on homerun or nextdoor

Abdallah Jaddou presented me with these very fake reviews and fake images taken from google to coerce me to sign the contract with laterem, claiming they were their past projects, but they were all bogus. The trustworthiness of this trustburn website is questionable, as they don't require proof of purchase so anyone can leave a review here. I assure you that the positive reviews are not genuine reflections of this business. the individuals behind the laterem group are PROFESSIONAL THIEVES WHO KNOW HOW TO SCAM, having swindled countless innocent victims out of significant amounts of money.
CHECK TRUSTPILOT and other more established review websites and see for yourself the reputation connolly has in london and surrey. basically what he does is very simple he takes peoples money and subcontract the job out to another company and then do not pay these people departing with large sums of money and eventually the subcons walk off site leaving the project incomplete. On top of that if you confront him Connolly will intimidate you first and if it doesnt work out he will ghost you like there’s no tomorrow.

Echoing the sentiments of others, our funds were taken without fulfilling obligations to third-party entities, numerous delays occurred, and we were coerced into accepting modifications. Upon our refusal to provide additional funds outside the agreed contract, they disappeared leaving the job unfinished. A quick search for NP3 Group and NP3 Special Projects reveals a history of similar actions spanning several years with various companies.
Avoid getting involved with the Laterem Group, as they show no intention of fulfilling their contractual obligations. They have deceitfully presented their skills, experience, relationships with their workforce and suppliers, and even their own nationality. The owner's lack of integrity is evident, especially in creating false claims about his team's diligent on-site work. Our firsthand observations, however, revealed a complete lack of activity. Despite confirming the absence of any workers, the owner persisted in falsely asserting their active presence. This consistent pattern of misrepresentation highlights a clear willingness to deceive and construct a fraudulent narrative about the project's progress. In light of these circumstances, we decided to terminate our contract with them and reported their fraudulent activities to the authorities.

They defrauded us significantly several years ago! It's crucial to steer clear as they've been engaged in such activities for many years under different company names. They were previously NP3 Group and rebranded as Laterem Group last year.
Laterem Group engaged in deceptive practices, pressuring us into unnecessary work, starting tasks without our consent, charging for undelivered items, and failing to pay suppliers and subcontractors, leaving us financially burdened and dealing with incomplete services. Their actions were manipulative, unethical, and irresponsible, creating additional costs and stress as they left our place unsafe and incomplete. Sadly, I know others who've had the same problems. To fix their bad work, we had to hire another contractor and have reported them to trading standards and action fraud.
They lied about everything – skills, qualifications, reviews, and project portfolio. Misrepresented connections to suppliers and subcontractors, falsely claiming personal ties and collaboration on many projects. To dodge paying subcontractors, they falsely informed them we hadn't made any payments. Left the job incomplete, stating the company was in liquidation when I sought a refund. Later found out the company was still active – another lie.
Had a terrible experience with this company, disgusted by their bullying, lies, and vindictive actions throughout the contract. Had to hire a third-party contractor to fix the mess caused by Laterem Group's negligence and fraud. Feeling traumatised and mentally exhausted dealing with this organisation. Their trend of leaving victims financially and mentally fragile is deeply troubling. Projects were falsely promised, contracts signed just to take money. Absolutely disgusting.
They took our money, promised services they didn't provide, and tried to charge more to fix their poor work. When we addressed the problems, they disappeared without taking any responsibility. This company is a scam. A project that was supposed to take 5 weeks has stretched on for over 10 months and is still not finished. I have already paid everything, but they simply do not show up to do the work. When I put pressure, they stopped responding to my emails. I even tried to visit their office in Kingston, but they had vacated the premises. After discovering other reviews, everything now makes sense. Don't be fooled by their professional attitude. It's all a strategy to get your money. As soon as they are done, they reveal their true colours.
