Laterem Group engaged in deceptive practices, pressuring us into unnecessary work, starting tasks without our consent, charging for undelivered items, and failing to pay suppliers and subcontractors, leaving us financially burdened and dealing with incomplete services. Their actions were manipulative, unethical, and irresponsible, creating additional costs and stress as they left our place unsafe and incomplete. Sadly, I know others who've had the same problems. To fix their bad work, we had to hire another contractor and have reported them to trading standards and action fraud.
