Total scam artists

They took our money, promised services they didn't provide, and tried to charge more to fix their poor work. When we addressed the problems, they disappeared without taking any responsibility. It's disheartening to see a company operate like this – taking money, not finishing the job, and putting the safety of our place at risk.
