Great place for laser tag. Some of the games were damaged. It's hard to race a friend when half the game is not working.

THE GREATEST. I went with a few friends and while it was kinda weird to be in lower 20s playing with some kids that weren't quite at their double digits it was a fun place for sure.

Fantastic experience. As a parent, I was very impressed with our host and how smooth everything ran. The kids loved it. There are many places that have arcade games - But here everything worked. There are many places that have laser tag - but here it was an awesome, multilevel experience with first class equipment and automatically generated score sheet. there are many places that have a laser show and interactive dance floor (well maybe not) -- but this place had it. So Laserdome has all of it, in perfect working order, in a well-run business. One of the few businesses that have exceeded my expectations this year.

Plenty of games for the grandchildren and places for the grandparents to sit and wait.

Laserdome is a great family-friendly place where everyone can have a blast. While the laser tag is the main attraction, of course, most packages include $5 of arcade credit per person, and some packages include unlimited plays on various games, from video games to air hockey to skiball. Upstairs are benches for birthday parties, and laser dome is about as ideal a place as one could ask for to entertain a bunch of kids. The laser tag itself is decent, although being somewhat of a laser tag snob, I prefer games where players can earn powerups instead of getting them randomly awarded.

Went there today. Got vest 39 that didnt count points and had a gun that didnt shoot. I am normally on the high scoreboard when I play LaserTag there, but I had the lowest score on my team because of my defective vest. Wasn't even able to have fun.

This place was better than I was expecting. I paid for the ultimate pass for both kids plus myself because they insisted on me doing stuff too. It was a good time! Even for me. And they were exhausted when we left. The kids had a blast and we spent the total 5hrs there.
The people working there were great as well! Chip seemed to be in charge and he was awesome and very nice. If we lived nearby I'm sure we would have birthday parties here.

Some of the best kids birthday parties I have been to were here. As a parent, I now appreciate the total service that they offer to make it much more of a stress free day for the entire family.

Wow! I can believe that I was never here before. We were at Laserdome for a birthday party. It was a super fun experience. Laser tag, dance party, yummy pizza, games, and an affordable price. Perfect combination!

My son and his friends, and all the Dads had a wonderful time at Laser dome. Our party host was Ryan and he was a perfect host. I would recommend Laser dome to anyone i know. Most of our friends attended and they want to have there child's parties here too!

Playing laser tag at Laserdome is an experience that you don't want to miss!

Accommodates large groups while allowing smaller groups to join together for an enhanced experience. Food is primarily heat to serve. Not great taste but a good value. Games are in working condition and we'll maintained. Laser tag arena was a blast for the kids. Friendly and patient staff. Went while two different cub scout dens were present with other small groups.

We had a very fun and enjoyable day at laserdome the kids can't wait to come back. Thanks for the great time!

Laserdome was so much fun to do with my friends. They create a for-real feeling with their obstacle courses and laser tag dome. I really like it, though it was slightly expensive.

Great place for 10 year oldkids party plenty to do, there's room to run around.

Been to this place on a number of occasions since my high school days, so I've seen both good and bad changes here as new managers/owners made their mark. Games are still good, laser based activities (not just tag but also a laser "tripwire" type maze) kept my daughters recent birthday party entourage well entertained for 3+ hrs. Laser guns &/or something in the main zone ocassionally malfunctions. if that occurs mid game, staff typically provides free "make-up" cards to each party member to redo a session when technical difficulties have been rectified. Note the place does have a dance music room, complete with smoke machine, disco lights, etc. if that's your thing. It's however not included in the venues most expensive birthday package (about $400 currently) and is a couple of hundred dollars extra on top of that.

Now the not so good: food & drinks...Pizza is the main entree here."Pizza" at this place, if you can even call it that, used to be acceptable is now absolutely atrocious. I've eaten my share of good & lackluster pizza. I'm obviously not expecting restaurant grade stuff here, but the thing they serve? Some sort of gluten free, dairy free, flavor free, pick your free science experiment that makes a slice of untoasted bread with kraft imitation cheese & ketchup taste better. I get the owner's interest in inclusivity, but it should NOT be forced and especially NOT with party food. Adults also accompany kids to venues like this & they have reasonable expectations to the taste and quality of main entrees offered. I ordered 3 pies, the kids, who will typically eat anything after running & working up an appetite for over an hr,wolfed down 2 of them, leaving a whole pie left. However no adult in my group took more than one bite and then trashed their slices in disgust. Birthday parties when most kids will be consuming party stuff junk food like candy (mind you, from the venues prize shop),chips, soda, hotdogs, appetizers, etc. should not be passed thru the food filter...if you want to offer an "x free" pizza, do so, but also do the due diligence for those of us not part of the "organic" or alternative food craze & offer regular dough sauce cheese pizza. Speaking of drinks, this place used to offer pepsi products...it now subjects every patron to "oogave" co. fountain drinks, & again fails miserably when it comes to taste. Not everything is worthy of agave sweetner use. At least 4 out of 5 adults and a few kids complained of an off flavor & syrupy mess. Good thing we bought our own catered entrees & drinks.

Other than the food arcade selection, although kinda small in variety to my recollection of arcade heydays, was good and the kids & I enjoyed the unlimited option as well as the non arcade style games like hoops and ball toss.
I give this place a 3.5 outta 5 but google reviews doesnt allow for that. If you don't have big dining expectations, you'll have a pretty good time here.

The food my friends and I got was cold and the soda was warm. I don't recommend coming if you plan on eating after playing laser tag the ideas that they have for the actual laser tag games but reloading every minute is the worst idea, the business need to update there games

I have been going to this place since i was a kid. The owner is a great guy and the prices are fair. Every time I am there I feel special. My kids had a birthday parties there that were great and they are always current on the services they offer. I recommend this place to every one of all ages. It is always a blast there.

Has laser tag of course and games and a laser maze. The prices and packages were better than most places I've been to like this one. Laser tag has two levels and you get two rounds per game. Will go again if in the area.

We had an adult birthday party and it was a blast. Mr. Grey was a phenomenal party host.

My son and I attended a birthday party for his best friend and I was surprisingly amazed at how much fun I had let alone the kids. I really enjoyed laser tag and look forward to going again soon! Thanks for a great time!

This facility does not look like very much on the outside. The plain dome shaped building looks small and kind of deserted. But once inside the place truly comes alive with activity. There are numerous arcade games downstairs and then upstairs there are several areas for birthday parties. The laser tag area is actually a very large area and the price for playing laser tag is very good. The experience was a really pleasant family time. They even allowed my 3 year old grandson to participate which he thoroughly enjoys. You also have many opportunities to win prizes while you are there. It is a great place for a family to spend an evening having fun together and well worth the money spent.

Laser tag was not explained very well. The concept of running out of lives and having to go to a reloading station was a little annoying, and its not that I'm a bad player! I placed in the top five in nearly all of the 6 rounds that i played. Music in the arena was EXTREMELY loud. I could hardly understand the ref because she was mummbling a lot. But she did give my inexperienced teammates some helpful tips. The pack was actually painful to put on, i had to take my glasses off just to get it to fit over my head. Also! Dont play the leprecaun flip the coin game! It's rigged!!!! Between my brother and I, we put $4 into it and it landed on the opposite every single time! The odds of that happening is less than one forth of one percent! Staff was very helpful! I believe his name was AJ, but i could be wrong, but he explained the prices in a very simple way and didnt try to upsale me which i appreciated. He also helped when ski ball was being problematic. Give that man a raise. The trash can in the bathroom was overflowing; there were hangers laying in the floor of the vestibule, and a lot of the staff was just standing around while they coudl've been going around and checking on that kind of stuff. Dont get me wrong we had a fun time, i just wanted to let you know what you could improve on. I realized that some of the stuff with laser tag you cant really change, like the reloading, the pack size, and the other basic concepts. BUT GET RID OF THAT STUPID COIN FLIP GAME!!! Don't ask for an explanation of the 2 stars.

Laser Dome is always a fun family outing. My only complaint is that we called ahead and put out name(s) in thinking that we were making reservations and when we arrived we waited probably close to 40 minutes. So if you go during prime time you may have to wait but there's an arcade to keep you busy. Buy 2 games per person because 1 won't be enough - too much fun!

We had to find something to do for 5 hours, and this fit the bill perfectly. My daughter and I both did one of the package deals, and played lots of laser tag, pinball, and racing games. The laser maze was a little lame, and we didn't bother with the xbox, even though we paid for it. There was only one pinball machine, and it seemed to be a bit off (ball jumped track and got stuck a few times during normal gameplay). I probably wouldn't bother with the highest level package in the future, and just stick to laser tag. The food was ok, and unlimited drink refills were a great value.

A great place to go. It does get very crowded so if you aren't into crowds try getting there earlier in the day. Very nice staff.

The atmosphere is good and a fun place. The prices are ok. The food isn't the best but it's mostly frozen so can't expect much. Laser tag is very fun and they aren't ruining your time with a nagging ref. Follow the rules and you'll still have fun. The laser shows are amazing and very cool. This place is always doing tournaments for video games. You can spend a good amount of time here is you can afford it. The employees are nice for the most part. The owner can be seen from time to time.

Went here on an offer of unlimited basketball and skeeball. Laser tag was great and arena is really fun. Staff is great and only 20 minutes away from Hershey right off the highway. Definitely will come again!

Party of 3 had a great time at Laserdome. This is the best laser tag in the Lancaster area. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Just went with some friend, great time. One of the employees who swore a couple times in front of me, one of which was the F-word. I was a little disappointed because one of the rules for us playing lasertag was not to swear. Overall though, its a great place to have a party or just have a few hours of fun with friends.

Love playing laser tag here! Best laser tag in the area. The most recent time we went it was super busy and the power went out. The arcade games kept eating my daughters money but the manager on duty was super nice and kept reloading her game card for me. I've had my sons birthday party here in the past and it was a great time. Definitely recommend and will return!!

My daughter (age 12) has had birthday parties and Friday night adventures at Laserdome for years. The staff are amazing and between laser tag and everything else, it always a fun time. Great discounts on Local Flavor. Keeps kids moving and active!

The laser tag at this place is super fun and we could be back for that reason. They have many different game modes to play in that chooses a random player to have a special power up for about 1 minute during the round before it switches to another random player. That little twist makes the game even more fun and our family really enjoyed it. The arcade area is very compact and needs some TLC. Many of the games didn't work while we were there.

Great place the take the kids on a rainy day. Would be great for birthday parties. Have 2 boys 10 and under. We did Laser tag, 2 rounds, and games in the arcade. The first round they played everyman for himself, the 2nd round there were enough other people to have teams, huge difference. Much more fun with teams. Staff were all very nice, neat in appearance, and eager to please.

Great place for a kids birthday party. It's pricey but they make sure everyone is happy and go above and beyond for the birthday boy/girl. Costs too much to go for a visit without a group though.

What a GREAT PLACE ..... such a good time , and way more than I expected ... such good staff , the kids had a great time in the fortnite tournament .... we will drive the hour plus to come back and spend their prize
