I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Classic - Bighorn Edition from Larry Roesch CJDR and have to say the entire experience was fantastic. Upon showing interest on the vehicle through AutoTrader, I received a call scheduling an appointment to test drive the car as well as coordinated calendar events to import into my events log. Upon entry into the dealership, John Gomes approached me with a smile and and handshake and we started our business. At no point was I pressured, and the entire transaction was a breeze. Would strongly consider purchasing from Larry Roesch again in the future.

Kyle was amazing! He made buying my Jeep such a pain and hassle free experience. I was expecting to be there all day, but I was only there for maybe two hours. Quick and easy and he was so polite and helpful. If you are going to buy a car from this dealership, make sure you see Kyle!

I purchased a part that wasnt working for my Srt8 and after trying to return it for an exchange he said he couldnt do anything about it so he made me buy another one while yelling at me!!

We have been loyal customers of the Larry Roesch dealerships for over
35 years. Our thanks to Scott Campbell and Karl Bromm for making our newest purchase possible. Scott is a salesman who really listens. He diligently searched for the car that fit our needs and our wants. When found, unfortunately it was not at the Elmhurst location. So, early the next morning, Scott drove to another dealership, picked up the car, and had it waiting for us to check it out. The experience of purchasing a car can be a test of patience. Scott was attentive to our needs and answered all our questions. He then worked with Karl to make sure the numbers worked for our purchase. The atmosphere at the Larry Roesch dealership is easily described in two words - professional and respectful.

I bought a Jeep two years ago from them and thought my hood was showing signs of rust. I have taken it to get detailed twice and the car wash told me there was nothing they could do. I went in to talk to the dealership and immediately they brought it to their detailing department and buffed it out. Even though they were very busy today they took time to make sure everything was still going well with my car. I highly recommend this dealership, they stand behind their products. I will always buy from this dealership.

Just purchased my second Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Larry Roesch and couldn t be more pleased! It was a smooth and great buying experience with Kyle who was my Salesman. He was great, explained everything about my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee to me and made it so easy to do business!
Love this dealership! Been doing business with them going on sixteen years!

Worked with Sean Wood to purchase my Kia and he was the definition of what a wonderful salesman should be! Bought a One owner used 2016 Kia Soul thats just perfect, was priced competivily and drives like a champ. The staff was friendly and when I arrived the vehicle was waiting outside clean and ready to go, they also supplied me with a full tank of gas upon purchase. Definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman Sean! By far this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Everyone is always friendly, but it's hard to get the work done, Done right, and in a timely fashion.
I recently took my Jeep in to finally get the drivers side memory seat fixed. I have taken the 2014 jeep back to them approx. every 6 months or so since I bought it new. So that is around 6-8 times, some while it was still under 100% factory warranty. They would fix it, and six months later it would go out again. So this time, while I have the extended warranty, they finally replaced the parts that they say, were probably defective all along. So at least it now supposed to be fixed, and also, guess what, now that it is off of the factory warranty, I had the pleasure of having to pay my $100 deductible, which I would NOT have had to pay during the first 36 months of ownership, IF they would have done the job right the first time.
Glad it is supposed to be finally fixed I hope???????, but NOT HAPPY about getting hit with a $100 deductible because they never did the job right in the first place!!!!, not to mention the time I wasted taking the car back to them 6-8 times!!!

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe with 40k miles for ...

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe with 40k miles for just under 40k. Sales person was good and I had planned to give the dealership a 5 star rating. But, the first week of driving the vehicle, I started to notice a problem so I took it to the Chevy dealer and they diagnosed the issue as bad fuel injectors. I was surprised, as the Larry Roesch Dealership reported they performed their "World Class Inspection" on the vehicle. I contacted the salesperson at the Larry Roesch Dealership and asked if they would cover 50% of the cost--they refused!

After I received my license plates and statement from the state, I contacted the Business Manager and told him, I was over charged for the sales tax by $81.30, he told me that any overage would be refunded to me--6 months later and I still have not received the refund. Next stop BBB.

Buyer beware - I am very disappointed in my dealings with this dealership.

This place is fantastic!!! I worked with two people while I was there, and would highly recommend seeing them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They were Marlem G. and Mike K. I appreciated how open, honest, and customer service oriented they were. Not only will I be going there for all of my future vehicles, but I will be sending anyone I know that was as well. I could not have asked for a better experience when buying a new vehicle!

Even after the sale of the vehicle, I was not just "forgotten" about. Mike and Marlem have both reached out to me to see if everything was going OK with the new vehicle, and to see if I needed anything else. This is a first rate place, with first rate people!

I purchased a vehicle from Larry Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a bit over a month ago, and I can say that the experience was very good overall. I drove down from Wisconsin to test drive a used Ford Edge that I found on their website for a great deal. After calling to make an appointment the night before, the internet sales manager followed up with me in the morning to confirm that the car was available and they were ready for me. My salesperson Vesi did an excellent job explaining the features of the car (even being from a brand not sold at their dealership) and scouting out a thorough test drive route to get a good feel for its performance. The purchasing process was pressure-free; everyone at the dealership was helpful & friendly. The finance manager was experienced with out-of-state purchasers and I received my title in the mail within the timeframe they promised.

I want to say thanks (especially to Vesi) for the happy car-buying experience. I'm loving my new Edge!

I went in to Larry Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge with my mother this past Saturday and I must say we had a great experience. Car buying for me is a pain and they made it very easy and painless. Our salesman Zach Keller was very nice and knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. From the first introduction to the negotiation to the financing agreements everything went very smoothly. My mother loves her new Town & Country. They also had certified Chrysler Salesman "Adam Jones" make sure we knew how to use every feature in our new Town & Country.

All in all the staff and dealership itself is FIVE STARS. We will be back for all of our car purchasing and servicing needs.

This was the best car buying experience of my life...

This was the best car buying experience of my life. I have purchased 17 cars in my lifetime and during the Covid 19 scare, I put my trust in the Roesch Team and they delivered! They searched out available cars that fit my search criteria, made the deal easy and gave me a great Finance rate and extended warranty. They had all the paperwork ready to go prior to me even stepping foot in the showroom! I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes and off and running with my new (Used) car.

I would recommend the Roesch Team for all you buying needs (new or used)

If there was a chance to leave no stars I would. John Nelson in the service department would not cover an alignment on my warranty vehicle which was less than 1 year old. To justify this he blamed it on a non existent tear in the tire just to void the warranty. This issue was not there when I dropped the car off prior as I just had gotten an oil change the day before. This individual should not have a job in the occupation he is in as he continues to rush customers in and out of the door at this dealership. He could not justify any of his original claims when pressed. This was absolutely ridiculous. I brought the car into dupage Jeep and they fixed it at no cost.
