My experience with Dodge was very much improved from my previous visits. I was greeted by a services rep who gave me direction. I was quickly checked in and ushered to the waiting area. My customer service rep (I believe it was Chris Warren) was very pleasant, came to check in with me and gave me an update on the status of my oil change. My wait was not terribly long (1.5 hrs) which was pretty quick considering I hadn't made an appt like I usually do.

The Dodge service team cleaned my car up nicely (it was a mess with bug juices everywhere) and Chris even walked me to my car and opened my door for me. Major improvement from all my previous visits as I truly felt like I was a valued customer. Previously I hated coming to your service center but I feel you may have redeemed yourselves with this visit.
