Awful service and organization. Their completion estimates were off, costing me an additional day of rental car expense. They offered to pay for it and did not deliver on their promise. Their work is expensive and not explained well upfront. At least their staff is courteous.

I took my Dodge 3500 pickup to a diesel repair shop in Tucson to check it out to see why it was putting out black soot and losing power. They charged me $221.00 to check it out and said it would cost $4,000.00 to repair it. I was sure they were price gouging so I took it to Larry Miller Dodge Ram of Tucson. Jim Powers met me at the door and listened to my concerns. I left my truck on Wednesday and the next morning Kevin Carey called to say my truck was fixed and explained the work that was done on it, and it only cost $887.54! I am so pleased with the work they did. Their professionalism and honesty is to be admired. Thank you so much.

Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. The work was well done and within a reasonable time frame. The only problem was that the part arrived in black and it should ve been red. When the part was ordered, I asked about that. The parts person said that the numbers he was sending in would indicate the color. Anyway, price accommodation was made for me and I have the option of going and getting it painted at a recommended shop for a reduced price.

The service department handled my visit promptly and were very courteous on arrival. I had an appointment for an oil change, and Kellie S was the person to guide me and follow up through my entire visit, by asking and texting if I needed anything, to reply back at the number provided. The team from Varsity glass , also very courteous and friendly . Helped me contact my insurance provider to streamline my process of a windshield replacement . This is quite a team at L H Miller , and do want to thank all of them - Kellie, Jessie , Mikey for the excellent level of service they provide.

Low pressure. Salespeople don't work on commission so there was not a lot of pressure. Just went in to test drive a truck and they were very accommodating. I did not buy a vehicle during this visit but would heavily consider buying my truck from here. Pretty happy with my experience.

We had a transmission leak repaired at Auto Nation in Fort Worth TX before moving to Tucson in September. Several weeks later after returning home from a trip we noticed fluid under the truck since it was supposed to be under warranty at any Dodge dealer we went to Larry Miller Dodge and we're greeted by Jim in the Service dept.Our hats off to Jim tho we did have to return once he and their service team made sure our problem was resolved tho Fort Worth took no blame and we paid the additional charges we are completely satisfied and will continue to use them if ever needed.We received follow up calls their service doesn't end when you leave it follows you to make sure your satisfied to make sure the work was done right.A big thank you to Jim he not only treated us as a valued customer but as a friend.

Went in with my brother on 4th of July expecting to browse and get a fair sales person. Had probably the best sales experience I ever had.
Staff was great and they really work with you to get the best deal. Wound up buying a great car for great price. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car.

Had to call twice to get through to someone and was on hold for a total of 10min before getting through to a human. That's a long time to be on the phone before even getting to the point to set an appointment. Also, the girl I spoke with was not unprofessional, but her attitude definitely sounded like, "it's the end of the day and I just want to hang up and get out of here." Then, they didn't let me know about what additional issues could be addressed until the very end of the day, and called to let me know they were finished only 10min prior to them closing; luckily I live right up the street and was able to get there just in time on very short notice.

My experience at the service department has got better, especially with service adviser Travis Walton. He s very helpful. I ve been asking for the replacement of the plastic trim on my running board for months with Eric since it was damaged during my one of the previous service. And Travis Walton did right away after explaining what happened. The service department needs more people like him.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated by Kellie the service manager, upon coming in for service. I dropped my truck off and Kellie kept me informed on the progress and even sent pictures to recommended an additional service. My truck was finished within a couple of hours and Kellie contacted me right away. Upon returning to the dealership, as soon as Kellie saw me she went over everything that was done to my truck and got me out the door. I generally dislike having to go to any dealership (from past experiences) and was very pleased with everything from Larry Miller!

Nick was my service manager. I brought my vehicle in and went over the items to be completed. Was told that it should be done no later than 5 pm. 5pm rolls around and it is not done. Had plans with my truck that evening and had to cancel them. LHM gave me a rental van but I needed my truck. The truck was not completed until the next day at 5pm. Even with the work done, the same problem occurred with my fob not being recognized. Now my truck is back in for service for the same item. I texted Nick the very next day that it was not fixed but no response.

Had a great car buying experience. Greeted almost immediately by Carol, she was willing to let me test several cars, when it came to the paper work she was able to get great assistance from Dan. Both made sure I was comfortable with the situation before going to financing. Sylvia was the best as we were on a time crunch since my husband had to get back to work. Managers reviewed everything with me before we left and was very nice.

However, when I had to go back to sign another paper, the receptionist was more interested in her phone then customer service. She also did not welcome us when we walked in and let two other customers walk around for about 15 minutes before asking them if they needed anything. When I let her know I only had 5 more minutes she let me know everyone was in a meeting. I let her know I was told to interrupt the meeting as I told her when we first arrived. She rolled her eyes and said she would text someone again. I waited about 7 more minutes (two songs on the radio) and had to leave so I walked out. She did not say a word or ask to take a message or anything to help the situation.

Besides that, Sales (Carol and Dan) and finance (Sylvia) team is Great. Sylvia even came to us to get the paper signed. I will go back and have recommended dealer to a friend already. But I will make sure she has everything signed before she leaves just so she will not have to experience the receptionist.

I really like service here. The technicians are top notch and always work on my car quickly and efficiently. They also have a courtesy car wash which is awesome. I have to get full synthetic and you really can t beat the price for their package. The service department advisors are very kind and helpful, however it takes a long time to even get service sometimes. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes before anyone was able to come out. Other than that it was and always is a great experience.

Lisa and her Boss Ivan in Service lied to me about my vehicle. They will never admit a mistake, just lie even more to try and cover it up. When caught red handed with evidence Ivan hung up on me. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how dishonest this dealer is.

On 07/24/2018, I dropped off my vehicle Dodge Charger 2017 at the Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram location on 22nd St. for an oil change, a recall on the cruise control and front door panels bended as a manufactury defect. The car was dropped off with leather seats and leather doors and was told I would get my car back in the same condition. Juan Gutierrez the service man who helped me was very polite and very helpful, When I picked up my car on Tuesday, my car no longer had leather. I was confused and spoke to Juan who was still as polite and helpfull as ever, and directed me to talk to the Service Manager who told me that the defect policy didn t cover my leather doors. I am very upset, because I got my car back completely different then when I dropped it off. Now I have front and back door panels completly different, It is not my fault that the car door panels had a manufactory defect, and if they could not put new ones on with leather then they should have told me that prior to doing the job. Now I am stuck with a car without leather on the front doors which I had originally paid a lot of money for upgrade when I bought the car and a service manager who told me there was nothing he could personally do about it. If it were not for the doors I would give it 5 stars.

So I did have some communication issues with the service department. They did not call me and let me know when my vehicle would be done. So I was going to write a 4 star review. However, I did not realise that my daughter had left a couple dollars in the back seat. When we got the car back, they were still in the same spot! I commend the integrity of the mechanics and the commitment to honest service. 5 stars.

only reason i bought my charger from them is because it was the only one in town, but if your looking a for a deal go elsewhere. They always email me stating that they have great deals going on but when i get there they offer the same lowball deals as before.

Supposed to wash my truck. Check all the fluids as well as check the tire pressure. Do an oil change and check brakes. Not sure what they did since my truck was still dirty and two of my tires where low on air.. Todd was very nice but I would rather have a surly rep and have things done the way the should be versus have a nice rep and nothing done. Always makes me wonder when they do such a halfa job if they did anything

Even though I was with a different dealer, Elijah stopped by throughout the evening to see how everything was going and asked me if there was anything he could do to help. He was very friendly and answered every question I asked! I would recommend anybody to stop by and see him! Love my new truck.

Don't ever buy a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Dodge, Johnathan the finance manager promised my wife and I running boards for the NEW 2017 Ram truck that she had just bought at (no charge) and him and the Sales Representative Jaquari (Internet sales representative)
denied that they ever told us that. I also bought a NEW 2016 Ram truck from them in December of last year. NEVER AGAIN. So please take a look at Jim Click Dodge they stand behind there word. SO PLEASE BEWARE. This dealership can't get nothing right STILL going around and around with them I do want to thank Rich Smith the GM for the running boards He really did take care of that for us. Thanks Rich

Had a service appointment and will not lie I was initially disappointed in the fact that my appt was @ 730a but I still had to sit in my car until a little after 740ish...BUT Todd was working with another family so it s not his fault! After being told over the phone by the customer service people it would take over a couple hours only for it to take 1 hr if not less I will say I was happy to get my new beaut back home. Was skeptically over the service dept but thankfully I have yet to be disappointed at pick up.

Work on my truck was completed ahead of the estimated time and Daniel went over all of the information and offered advice for future service. I will definetly return for service in the future.
