I was very impressed with the interior of the building when I first arrived, the staff was helpful and courteous throughout my stay. I liked that the location was close to many other establishments so I wouldn't have to walk far to find what I would need at the time. One final thing I would touch on is that I really like how the hotel is pet friendly, there is even a mini dog park on the premises which was very nice.

Usually a great stay. This time, not so much. Room smelled like cigarette smoke (the whole building is non-smoking) & no tissue upon arrival. For 3 days, hairdryer didn't work & they were unable to replace it. No smoke smell & a different hairdryer would have welcomed a much better review.

If you want poor customer service and charges that they refuse to email, call or respond to after attempting contact multiple times this is the place to go! I will never book at a laquinta ever again and I will tell my friends and family too. I think their owners response is hilarious. To tell me to contact them about this issue after I have already done so 3 different times and no response that shows what they truly believe about customer service

Their Front Desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. During a difficult time (pandemic), they were professional and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it, and I will book there again (when needed.)

Room was clean, but area was sketchy. Random people in the parking lot (an arrest was made in the parking lot while we were there). Right next to a major highway, so lots of traffic noise. Close to lots of places we visited in the vacinity.

Best hotel for kids we've ever visited. Double queen room is the biggest we've ever seen. Plenty of room for all of us, including tons of floor space for sleeping bags or rollaway beds. Front desk service is unbelievable. Super friendly and will do anything for you. The complimentary hot breakfast is great. Lots of choices. Eggs, bacon, sausage, different breads for toast, bagels and cream cheese, different cold cereals, oatmeal, juice, coffee, waffles, and fruit. Saved our large family a lot of money and hassle of dragging a bunch of young children to a restaurant every morning. The location is awesome. Auburn is close to Tacoma and Seattle. Entrances to the freeways are close to the hotel. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not recommend at all. I suggest staying somewhere that has Decent customer service. This location is completely terrible. The rooms are not clean and the employees are rude. Seriously, don t waste your money.

A friend of mine came here for 3 nights, her apartment was being worked on. She was told her room was handicapped accessible, as she uses a walker. Her shower was not accessible. She asked about another room and was told that the hotel does not have showers that are wheelchair accessible. Meaning she had to step up into the shower which she is NOT able to do. I called one day to check on her and they actually asked me "Who was calling?" Unless someone has asked for no calls they should not be breaking someone's privacy by asking who's calling.
