A friend of mine came here for 3 nights, her apartment was being worked on. She was told her room was handicapped accessible, as she uses a walker. Her shower was not accessible. She asked about another room and was told that the hotel does not have showers that are wheelchair accessible. Meaning she had to step up into the shower which she is NOT able to do. I called one day to check on her and they actually asked me "Who was calling?" Unless someone has asked for no calls they should not be breaking someone's privacy by asking who's calling.
