Highly recommend this firm for any laptop repair work. I contacted Richard by email to get a quote for the repair work. Received timely response with a a reasonable quote. My dell xps required a panel replacement , Unfortunately i bought a panel based on US layout which did not fit the UK model. Richard was quick to get me the UK part with a discounted price and fixed my laptop within agreed time. On top of it Richard offered me an original DELL laptop slim pack at a very discounted price. Professional , Friendly and Prompt service.

My son needed a basic laptop for Uni work and these guys came up with a great little machine with lots of functionality for super good price and reassuring to know they're on hand if we need an upgrade, highly recommend.

Excellent service and so reasonable price. My laptop screen was all black and broken lid. Gave them in late evening and got a call from them early morning to collect. Also changed my broken lid.

I rarely trust google reviews but on this occasion I'm glad I did, because my laptop was breaking apart and was really slow. From beginning to end the whole experience of dealing with Richard was very helpful and easy. Richard was friendly, honest, affordable and delivered everything on time as I was eager to use my laptop for meetings. Excellent service and Richard is awesome; I would definitely recommend Laptop Pitstop.
