What a wonderful theater and film house. Super relaxed atmosphere and by the very friendly staff (all older age) you will receive a very warm welcome. Is a cozy bar and eatery is. Absolutely recommended
Really delicious to eat here, for a price that is in proportion. Although you are eating in the lobby / lounge of LantarenVenster, the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Beautiful location on the Wilhelminahaven, a stone's throw from hotel New York. Modernly furnished, our room was compact, you can stand downstairs and possibly upstairs. limited places. Excellent acoustics, with bars on both sides of the room. After the concert (Dave Wackl and Mike Stern) nice music was played in the lounge by a DJ. Great, next time again.

Fine films but Room 1 for a movie really can not. There are folding chairs here. If you have to go to the bathroom during the movies you have to go all the way down again.

Cozy theater, with nice brasserie / bar with stunning views of the water. Big disadvantage: parking, price for parking garage for afternoon film 15 !!! So it is advisable to go by public transport
A movie theatre generally showing an alternative to the more main stream Pathe films. In the middle of a bunch of restaurants and bars. Easy to make a full evening either before or after.
Loyal visitor for a number of years. Nice calm atmosphere. Does not feel as loud as most cinemas. The space and the view ensure that you linger for a bit of food and drink.

Film house with bar and restaurant on the water. Rooms ok. Chairs are a bit narrow. When the room is full, you are almost together on your lap. Supply varied.

Really good movie selection. Downside: uncomfortable chairs - no popcorn? At a movie theater? No popcorn? That's impossible right? Not for this place. The theater does have airco so if your lady gets cold quickly, grab a blanket they provide in the hallways.

Went to see Richard Bona and bar personel cant seem to close fridge doors without a sonic boom, card payments beep loudly thru quiet songs. Extremely disturbing during the whole show. Its a nice venue but PLEASE fix the noise problems folks!!!

Always a wonderful place to grab a movie or a quick snack before the movie or a coffee during the movie.
Always good, special films in pleasant halls. Beautiful location and you can eat well there. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They give you expert explanation, solicited and unsolicited and are experts in assessing which film suits me.
Favorite cinema in Rotterdam. Very cozy and classy. Wish they had popcorn though but at least it's always clean
