This is a great hotel in a great town. Rotterdam is up-and-coming modern and still has the old feel. The New York hotel is the place where all the people from Europe used to come to sign their papers to go to Ellis Island , America bound!

Good accoustics in the room! Have seats in levels so that everyone is able to see the concert. Nice foyer for drinks with outdoor terrace. Easily accessible by metro.

location is nice. But it was not busy but I had to wait a long time for my order and there was a blond woman who really was not nice! Food was okay they are back to the old menu which is a bit ridiculous

Film house without fun afterwards. In the second city of NL, it should still be possible to have a drink after the film. Apart from a box of Pringles, there is nothing to get. A missed opportunity. Better to go to hotel New York afterwards.

Cozy cinema, lots of choice in good and beautiful films. Also very nice that the sound is at "normal" strength. Also a great place to drink or eat after or before a movie.

The best films of Rotterdam run here! But even if you don't go for the movie, the lobby is a nice place to just stay, possibly with a drink or snack. There is a wonderful atmosphere here, making every visit a pleasure.

This is a great cinema for the non-mainstream movies. The movie&diner option is great. Service is good. The food is okay. The movies here are good.
Personally I enjoyed it. I like a good story better in a movie than amazing CG and fast cuts.

Too bad they don't have seat numbers and the seats don't look very good. But the movie was great, Kedi.

Never watched a movie here, but they seem to always have a nice selection. Great concert options too with world music and international artists

It was a nice evening, we went with the group to the film about Vincent van Gogh. The food was a bit disappointing especially because the time before the food was top quality, The burger was a bit bland and the pasta very dry. Otherwise had a great night.

Nice seats to watch a movie, the rooms are not that big either. After a performance you will stay cozy with a drink.

Fine cinema (and music stage) in the hippest district of Rotterdam. The beautiful lobby with a view of the Rijnhaven offers the opportunity to enjoy a drink and dinner, even if you don't go to the movies.

The building and location are superb. Also always a good selection of films. However, movie houses that don't serve popcorn really come to my mind. I don't know what pretentious stuff drives these cinemas to always view snacks and drinks as a kind of detriment to the movie experience, but it really doesn't make any sense. The restaurant seems to have a good kitchen, but the film does not help you. No, an overpriced little bottle from a glass bottle, if you can expect it in a hospital canteen, is the most you can enjoy with your movie. What a waste.

Nice new clean place and the two rooms I saw looked good. However, the hall downstairs was very noisy, up to the annoying (it was very busy at the time). WC are clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Did not use the cafeteria.

Good performances and films. You can also eat there. You do have the chance that you are in the crowd, because there is often a line at the bar.

For concerts not atmospheric enough but a delicious amount of special films they have in their offer. Hotel new york is also always nice. For the rest you still have the fenix shed when you cross the bridge. Creativity does not fade.

There are always beautiful films and you can have a nice bite to eat or something to drink in advance
