Myra was amazing and helped us with a critically important and time-sensitive passport situation. She was very warm, helpful, and detail oriented. Cannot thank her enough for how she helped us!

Absolutely horrible. Constantly not scanning outgoing packages which causes them to get lost in shipping/be severely late, late deliveries, lost packages, mail delivered to the wrong address constantly. Nice how the post office does a large rate hike recently but this post office just gets worse and worse. If you try to ask why all these issues are happening they just tell you "sorry but we're understaffed". Well, who's fault is that??

I placed an order for 6 items online and I must have accidently missed putting in my street address and all the items were shipped to my name at Lansdale, PA. Luckily my phone number was on the first package and the woman sorting the mail called me to make sure it got to me. When I went home and saw that it was only 1 item I feared about the other 5. As I was on hold with the post office I got a call from the same woman telling me another package came! She remembered my street but wanted to verify address. I told her the situation that there could be 4 more packages with the same and she took it upon herself to look out for them and put my address on. She also said she would leave a note for her coworkers. I am so grateful that they went above and beyond to make sure I got my packages! They have to be very busy just before Christmas and it is nice they just didn't return to sender!! My friends and family will get their gifts on time thanks to the great workers at Lansdale Post Office!!!

Pathetic service, often times my mail does not even arrive.
When it does, it arrives often times after 8pm. Completely unacceptable and deplorable for a government service. NEVER had problems with USPS before moving to Lansdale.

My family arrived as a "walk-in" to get my 1 child a passport and we were told that we had to make an appointment, they were booked. However, both the USPS website and a sign inside the post office state "WALK-INS WELCOME." This is misleading to customers. While we understand that walk-ins are limited, the way the manager and staff explained it was that basically, unless you make an appointment, you can't be seen. We waited and there was a "no-show" for an appointment and still the staff would not take us. This is absurd and wrong on a moral level. The manager again said we had to make an appointment or we would not be seen. I filed a complaint to USPS and urged them to update their website and postal signage because it is a lie and waste of people's time. The signage should say "Passports by appointment only" ... that would be more accurate.

We moved to the area 2 and a half years ago and about 25% of the time if anyone ships something to us via USPS it never gets to me. The stupid thing is our mailbox is grouped with 10 other neighbors so when a package gets delivered their gps tells them it was delivered to the correct location. Occasionally some of my neighbors will bring me my mail that was delivered to them but I shouldn t have to worry about that. Anyway, it s stupid that there is no recourse when the post office constantly screws up.

We constantly get other people's mail. Several complaints made but it still continues. I was told to pay for a PO box so that I get the correct mail.

A lady named Denise Brown was amazing and did everything she could to insure my package arrived. She stayed after hours and called a company with me. Truly impressed.

If I could rate them as a ZERO, I would. My previous carrier was a charm! Unfortunately, she retired and was replaced with individuals who could care less. Some of her replacements would rather do anything other than their job. Don't expect them to scan the bar-code on your package, as a woman who purports to be the Lansdale Postmaster says they do not have enough time or money to scan packages (what a crock). One carrier showed me their scanner - identical to the scanner used by UPS, except the color is different. If you are shipping something to a customer, be prepared to tell them that packages are not scanned at Lansdale, nor are most which go through Philadelphia sorting facility. UPS and Fed Ex are fairly competent, and rarely make excuses.

They ve lost multiple packages and when I inquire they just say they are looking into and will call you later today, but never do. Now I have to pay for premium shipping through FedEx or UPS just to ensure that I receive the package. It s a shame because we already pay to fund these folks through federal taxes and debt, then we have to pay again for someone else to do the job correctly.

Very pleased with service but long lines should be addressed in some way.

Why do you give a phone number if no one ever answers the phone?
We would like to start getting our food store circulars again. We have not received any in at least 2 weeks.

Never get mail on time. Called to speak to post master a customer service rep lied and said he was a supervisor. Basically told me it was nothing he could do about my mail not being delivered. Went into it s not enough people, which is not my problem. Mail is not being delivered in a timely manner and there need to be a solution period.

My assumption is every employee had to fail a drug & IQ test to attain employment. I've never been so consistently disrespected by an establishment in my entire life.

Because I commute to Philadelphia every day, I leave before any post office opens and return after most post offices close. Lansdale's extended hours on Saturday provide me and many others the solution to this. The post office crew is effective, efficient and friendly. They turn postal chores into postal possibilities. Thank you Lansdale Post Office.

The staff do their best, but there s always a line out the door. Be prepared to wait twenty five minutes for everything. Lansdale s post office needs to be three times the size with five times the staff.

Although not the post office that delivers my mail, it is centrally located so that I use it often in clearing my to do list. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, always ready with advice on how something should be mailed. They give you the time you need, even if there is a line. The other day there was a problem with the computer, the post office was closing and I was feeling a little anxious that my issues was keeping them there past closing. Multiple people helped until the problem was solved. All were so helpful and courteous. My thanks to all of you, your patience and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Dec,2017...had a very negative experience there in lansdale pa,at 230 pm .a heavy set woman was nasty to me, acted like what I asked for,a priority envelope, didn't exist,tried to make me send an important letter in a plain envelope,and the cards I wanted to mail she told me "may not get where there being mailed to" so I took my business else where,after telling her just a jerk she is...will never go back....this is the 1st time in 30 yrs I ever went threw tbis, n the second time i ever saw her...sick,i don't want to work,taking her laziness out on others,pityfull post office worker,an she should be reprimanded...or take a class on how to be an appropriate worker.a discrace to the office.

Very nice and helpful staff. Have been in a couple times (I'm new to the area) had a long wait due to the holiday season, but the staff was fast and apologised for the wait.

This post office is always busy. The people there are always helpful though!

This post office has cost me thousands of dollars ! My mail has been sent back to sender multiple times. When I call to make sure address is correct they lie and say yes without even checking. 3 times this year my bank mail has been sent back because invalid address, I turn my bank shuts dn my debit card automatically because they think I moved!! My only source of $ shuts off ! How many times do I have to make sure address is Correct ! That place is a complete joke ! Rated 0 stars

Irving is amazing! He made a dreaded trip to the post office a joyful experience. My family was in on 9/19 for passport paperwork and he was efficient but also so helpful and patient. A star employee for sure!

Always had a pleasant experience at this post office

I am very very very happy with the service every time I go there even if I wait a little bit in the queue . Where are worth waiting for because they treat me with respect, courtesy, and they're very kind.
I am glad to go and drive extra 5 kilometres away from the one next door to me to be serviced by teh area's best post office.

My mom says she bottoms out her car when she tried to go to the Lansdale post office because the pot holes are so bad. Any chance they'll fix them soon?

This office is an embarrassment to the USPS. When asked why priority mail packages takes 4 days to leave the Lansdale post office to the next destination (which is Philly only 1 hour away), the staff lied and insisted our tracking information is wrong. Due to their incompetence, priorty mail is delayed taking over 10 days to arrive, and local mail is ALWAYS late or missing causing bills to be overdue and perishable gifts sent to loved ones gone to waste. They take no accountability and fail to do their job again and again. It's sad we pay their wages and yet need to pay more for actual reliable service from UPS or FedEx. Truly an untrustworthy post office deserving of 0 stars. ABSOLUTE WORST.

Ms. CJ is the best! She was so so helpful today and I am super appreciative that she was there at the post office today! I will return to this post office just because of her!

This post office is horrible. They lie to you and tell you to they are the supervisor. When asked for a district managers name and phone number they refuse, which is illegal. Then the post master wont give you the info either because she is so rude she knows what you tell them will cost her her job. The people who work here are incompetent and should not be working at a post office, let alone a government establishment. They do not know how to be professional, polite, follow protocol, communicate or help you in any way. You would be a fool to use this post office. I have never had so many postal issues in my life with the exception of this facility. The Post masters name is Andrea Caraciolo. Make sure to ask her for her managers name the next time your package goes missing for three weeks, she is of no help to you and rude. She told me her boss' name is Chew. Seriously? I am not the person to be undermining and telling nonsense. I will be writing a letter to the post office demanding a reason why they let their employees who make major mistakes talk to people the way they do.

We have an issue with the mail not being placed securely in our locked mail box. We have talked personally to several carriers, wrote a letter to the Post Master (NO reply), called the PO on two or more occasions and people alledging to be supervisors said they would talk to the carrier and straighten it out . It has not solved the problem. The carriers are careless with the mail, and several times a month we get a neighbors mail. I think it would be better to privatize the PO. Maybe we could get better performance at such a simple job. In that case lack of performance would be a disciplinary matter and might even produce results.I have MANY pictures that prove mail doesn't get put securely into the box. And I am not counting days when mail was too much or too bulky for the box. Interesting nobody has asked about that. Indifference is alive and well....

I think they did a great job on their friendliness and service however I deducted 2 STARS because nobody ever picks up the phone.

I mailed one box but I forgot to write the room number. Lisa took time and effort to find the box so I can add that. I had some international mails and domestic mails. Everyone in the post office are very nice and helpful. Thank you very much!

This post office is just a joke. I regularly get my neighbors mail rubber banded together with mine. Which means the person sorting the mail is doing their job wrong. On purpose. Because it's daily if not weekly that this happens. Please get it together over there. Its not funny.

Good and friendly service, my only complaint is that they lost my mail that was very critical and now I have to pay late fees and/or set up court dates due to the Post Office's error... so you can understand I am a little frustrated by the situation.

I have never had issues with usps like I have with the Lansdale Office. The mail is often left in unsecure places, or notices are not left when packages are kept at the office, causing them to be mailed back to sender (what a headache!) I have also had several bills, orders, and information-sensitive items simply not arrive. The mail carriers park in our building's private tenant only parking lot daily, and nothing has been done after several formal complaints.
