My experience with Landmark Residential has been a great one starting with their customer service. I had put down a holding fee for a room but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to pull out at short notice and they were very helpful and compassionate to the situation.

Gavin is such a sweetheart and prides himself on being accessible to his clients. Treating them as human beings and not just tenants. The whole process from booking a viewing to putting down a deposit was a straightforward process and I will definitely deal with them again in the future. They are so professional, prompt and reliable. Last but not least the places they manage are beautiful and affordable.

Not at all like the high street estate agents I have used in the past!! Great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The Landmark team were quick to let out my properties within a week (!) and with minimal fuss. They respond to any tenants requirements instantly, which in my view is very important. Their immense experience and advice is always appreciated and well received. Keep up the good work.
