I have found Landlord Broadband to be extremely accommodating upon approaching them for WiFi installations across our portfolio of properties. Ala Chayah still continues to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the WiFi provision to our tenants via Landlord Broadband is extremely reliable as we seldom have any complaints or poor feedback that isnt addressed by Landlord Broadband promptly

System works well - setup and kit used functions much better than main providers. Ease of having tenants call direct is great - able to get resolution themselves 24x7 improving the offering we give to our tenants

I have a Victorian 5 bedroom HMO and originally installed 200mb Virgin Wi-Fi. I was getting almost weekly calls from tenants constantly complaining of luck of coverage and the poor connection. I was on the phone to Virgin myself on a regular basis trying everything to Improve the connectivity without resorting it. I then switched to Landlord Broadband just over 3 years back and the difference was instant. No more phone calls from tenants who are not very happy with the connectivity and customer service . It's so much better than any provider as the tenants can speak to them direct if they are any issues. I now have happy tenants which makes me very happy and I highly recommend them for any HMO or student accommodation.

Great service, empowers the Tenants and removes the responsibility from the Landlord. We've only had one issue and that was dealt with extremely quickly by Landlord Broadband, highly recommended.

Not impressed with LLBB's response, following a lengthy complete outage. As the outage lasted for over seven weeks, we had to get another BB supplier in, as the lack of service was unacceptable to our tenants and we did not want to lose any of them. These things happen, particularly when a BB provider outsources the underground service. My issue was in being held to the full 24 months of the contract, therefore paying for two services.

Landlord Broadband have been brilliant, we had so many problems with wifi coverage in one particular house and Landlord Broadband sorted it out straight away. Since using Landlord Broadband, we have had no problems or complaints from tenants at all, we have happy tenants and we are happy too!

I have been using Landlord Broadband for nearly 2 years now for my rental properties (student and shared housing). My tenants never mention the broadband, the speeds meet their needs, and on the very odd occasion there has been a glitch, almost never, Landlord Broadband have fixed it quickly with good communication.

The customer service is excellent, if we ever have a query we have found they have been sorted quickly. We haven't looked back since using Landlord Broadband and it has been completely worth the investment.
