Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The employee on the phone was very rude and simply hung up because I didn't have my card number on hand. I could not clarify my concern after repeated calls. In my opinion there is no question of a BANK the man can trust !!!

The bank disappoints in all areas. Online banking often has problems - the site can not be started. The ATM often has failures. Very annoying when there are only two such vending machines in the city. At the counter you have little privacy, because everything is open without any hearing and privacy. Bank consultants often very young with initial work experience. By telephone, certain departments are not accessible for days. Only bad!

If I could give 0 stars, I would do that. In all areas there are shortcomings that I unfortunately can not list all here.
The smallest things do not work, for example, emails are not answered. Calls in the branches WN or Stgt. (Central phone number) do not work at all. "Your personal customer advisor is currently unavailable." Ridiculous! EC exchange card was not sent. Excuse, maybe lost on the post ... ..... I would not go into further deficits, I'm only on ..........
Anyway, this bank is not recommended at all. "Stay away from them."

Unfortunately, dealing with long-term customers is not handled well here.
We have been making telephone transfers for many years and since 2017 you have to use the automatic system for input.
Unfortunately, the software is only in beta status and apparently the developers are allowed to use the customer as a test subject and import any deterioration directly into the system.
Apart from the fact that you can no longer use the quick access to the appropriate sub-forum, but rather have the computer voice pronounced. If you then arrive in the subcategory bank transfer then you can transmit the IBAN as a voice or key input, but here the previous entries are repeated after 1 second and if you enter further numbers this is partially taken. A correction is NOT possible at the moment. I.e. you actually have to hang up and start over ... then the last time, only the thousands were accepted, the rest of the total was not recognized! A correction is not possible here either! After entering the recipient and the subject, the transfer will be carried out correctly or incorrectly after it has been completely delivered!

If that is the harbinger of the complete digitization of LBBW, then it is a lot of fun.

One star is too many for this bank.

One star is too many for this bank.
Incompetent, inflexible and very unfriendly employees. If they don't know what to do next, they become extremely cheeky. This bank is absolutely not recommended.

Incredibly bad service! I just waited on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up. The bank works technically as if it were still in the Stone Age. I have now canceled my account! Callback service never took place & mails are also not responded to. I used to be a satisfied customer for years, but now everything is going downhill at BW Bank. I'm happy when I'm out of here!
