Main lift to upper level been under repair for at least 3 months now, very inconvenient for a person I support with physical disabilities,
There seems to be general 'decay' of services around Hatfield to be fair that's further reaching than just the galleria - what a shame this historic town has been left to rot......

Why oh why have the disabled bays been moved? Not at all helpful and I wont be visiting again.
Pretty much the only major amenities in the area and yet still far from anything special.

Very nice layout/structure of the whole place with facilities for children as well as food places. The shops are mostly outlets and are very good especially the Gap, TKMax, and other shoe shops.
But good place overall.
Discount shops all under one roof. Parking is a horror due to them being so narrow but there is at least a lot of parking, so further from the entrance yields more space... Atms All charge for withdrawals except for one on the bottom floor which is free. Parking machines only accept cash so be ware.
The kids play area is huge and we'll equipped.
So many great shops close together. Super cheap parking too. A lovely day out.
A great spot to shop and eat if you need. There are a limited amount of shops however with M&S, Gap, Next (Choice), Gant, Clark's, Nike and a few other names it meets our needs. Lots of parking outside and a multistorey carpark. Easy to access off the A1.

great shopping mall, with cheap parking, plenty to do, with a cinema, an amazon locker, plenty of places to eat and drink and two floors of shops with a play area for young children. Absolutely brilliant, and my personal favourite shop has got to be Cadburys...if slightly expensive for chocolate.
Nothing special... so called outlets are useless. And not good value.

For us it's a convenient selection of high street brands at lower prices. Particularly good for clothing
U can shop there,what u want...freshing point ...to hv some coffee.and play area fr kids as well there..

The mall itself is standard fare with all you need for shopping, cinema food etc... but parking is horrendous... especially if you go at peak times in bad weather. Off peak its great.

Large shopping centre with large car parking and a variety of options. Excellent to take your children
I love it because it nice and spacious and most importantly it's a brand retail outlet.
Parking, movies, great food joints, a big play area for kids ( paid) comes handy as you can leave the kids if they be left alone and do your shopping. It's guarded.
Virtually on top of the Hatfield Tunnel on A1 it's quite accessible as well.
Disappointing some shops have gone like Cotton Traders some still shut very quiet need more choice

Only shopping mall after ASDA in Hatfield, wide range of shops available.... Limited shops in case of electronics. Clothing, restaurants, movie theatre, Mcdonald & Burger king, sports direct, Nike, JD sports, O2 sim & phone store., etc are among the stores available
Having to pay for parking for this narrow selection of shops is criminal. Better off driving further up the road to Watford where there is a much better selection of places to visit and a choice of restaurants to eat at. Public toilets were disgusting as well

If you tire of paying astromical amounts for designer goods this is place to visit. The outlet shops one of few available catering original designer goods at a fraction of the fee.
Childrens play area available and reasonable parking charges!

Nice place with many shopping options though, TK Maxx rules here in my opinion. Busy and tricky to park over the weekend. The playground is nice and it worth checking in out.

Been here once before and this was our second visit. A range of shops but not as many as you woyld expect for a dipping outlet.
Good selection of outlet shops and items are generally low cost.
Top quality brands and outlets such as JD, Nike Factory and Sports Direct, bargains and shops to satisfy all needs. A nice selection of fast food as well as organised quality restaurants. A good cinema as well as ranging attractions that come and go at certain times of year (ice skating, go kart and many more). Really can't think of anything bad about the place.
Not as many varied shops as there used to be. The new parking system is quick and easy to use. Always clean and the security team are very helpful.

Parking fees quite expensive and limited selection of fanous brands. Some stores advertised as outlets are just a shop, not discounted!
If you're looking for somewhere to pickup a bargain, best to go elsewhere, but as an entertainment venue it's better. Quite a few popular restaurant chains and the cinema.
Great range of shops here. Love the shakes from Shake a Shake opposite Burger king.
I like shopping here. I m not from Hatfield but I consider it worthwhile to travel from Bedford as I can usually find what I m looking for and it s easy to get to by car or train. Some of the shops have great bargains, especially the Nike Outlet. If your parking there, go for the multi-storey car park and park near the top as there s just more room up there. Parking charges could be a bit cheaper though. Eat first as the food outlets aren t the cheapest either. I wouldn t call them expensive either. If your going by train there s a bus from the train station. It s a perfectly walkable 20 ish minutes and I feel that there were any particularly dodgey areas to walk through either. Good shopping is to be had there.
Nice place but the restaurants were not opened and the stores close at 6 pm.

This place just looks sadder every time i visit. Callung it a white elephant is rude to those with trunks and tusks!
Nice and practical galleria, especially since they've changed the carpark system, so you don't have to pay and display but instead pay when you leave ! Good range of shops, but quite a few are pricey ! Love the choice, the works and TKMaxx shops!

To be fair , not the best. Maybe if you have kids they have a huge playground. A lot of shops are closed, and to many restaurant are open.
Poor car park access and many stores closed with no trade. Most outlets did not offer real bargain prices in spite of adverts saying it was SALE!

didnt have what want...i was looking for settee cover,although they had a sofa shop unfortunatly no products for sofa in there.
Parking is expensive and several of the 'good' shops have gone but its worth popping in for a few remaining shops and it has a good range of restaurants.

Always find great bargains in the M&S and Clarks outlet stores. Food court is also great with a choice of restaurants. Its a nightmare to get back to the multistorey car park though after the shopping centre closes...
Came here at the weekend with the kids to grab a spot of lunch and catch a film. We parked nearby as parking in the Galleria can work out expensive. We walked up to the food area and as expected we ended up in nandos.
It's a good shopping centre, with convenient parking, various restaurants or coffee shops, but in all honesty it become like a ghost shopping centre as every time when I go,there are more and more empty shops ,I think in the nearest future move and more shops will close down if the management don't do nothing about it.
Enjoyable day out clothes shopping and good variety of food outlets for lunch and coffee. Good accessibility for disabled. Easy to get to and branch of Tesco close by for groceries etc
not a great shopping centre and parking costs an arm and a leg. The M&S Outlet and Clarke's stores are good. Lots of space, not that many shops.
