Landmark is the gold standard for community living. They foster a feeling of luxury living at affordable cost for families. They spend time training their staff to be compliance savy while maintaining exceptional customer service. The properties in their portfolios are desirable, just check out the website to see for yourself! They maintain high occupancy and many have tenant longevity. I'd say Landmark is doing something right! I have had the pleasure of working directly with Andrew Hudson on projects and his dedication to excellence has allowed him to grow in the organization. He is fair and he is kind, and is loved by his many peers. His attitude and love for the company is infectious. If you are in the market for a home, or looking to join a team that has that spark, look no further than Landmark.

I ended up calling this company to get the process...

I ended up calling this company to get the process moving faster because I was dealing with a rude lazy property manager at an apartment I was applying to. If i continued to wait on her, then who knows what would have happened. I found out that someone at landmark made up a lie about me and so i called to get some clarification. Never once did she answer why she said that and what would happened, instead she was very mean and over talking me. I don't think they like to get complaints. But had their employees been doing their job, their would be no reason for me to call the management company. Never again will i try to move into a tax credit apartment. They do everything in their power to make it seem like you make too much money when you don't and you end up just being like "just forget it."

This company does not respond to potential tenants...

This company does not respond to potential tenants phone calls, emails, or Facebook messages. Facebook shows that messages are read, so not getting a simple response puts this company in a bad light. It makes you wonder if they pick and choose who they respond to.

The most unprofessional, sleazy landlords I've eve...

The most unprofessional, sleazy landlords I've ever had the misfortune of renting from. When they improperly kept most of our deposit, they made it impossible to talk to anyone there. There was no manager working in our building at the time we moved out, hence our written notice was apparently lost. We were then charged for the weeks between when we moved out and when we were FINALLY able to talk to someone to return our keys. Then when we tried to get in touch with this company it was once again impossible to talk to anyone. This experience has been exhausting and emotionally draining. I'm happy to own a home now, but in the future if friends are looking for apartment recommendations, I'd say check to see if this company is involved, and if it is, consider it a red flag.
P.S. when you look up the names of the 5-star ratings here, you'll see that most of them come from employees of the company. Pathetic.
