There's no structure within company. Management sucks and inconsiderate of employees. Mr Caesar's staff laugh mock him behind his back, so best thing to do is clean house and listen to the voice of employees

Very clean and neat shop, but unfortunately weak and erratic leadership makes for a very dysfunctional work environment.

Honestly this place I like it but they're management and leading skills suck in packaging department . They're lead Elizabeth and rocio need to learn how to talk to people and explain themselves better to women instead of just two men and their leader Elizabeth got promoted not that long ago I don't know how a company would want someone like her who when people were congratulating her she had nothing good to talk about the company ....

I have been working at Lamsco for two years and it has been a very rewarding experience. Great people with an entrepreneurial spirit under a professional environment. Lamsco shop is world-class with top end technologies. Many team members have been working at Lamsco for over 10 Years, great sense of ownership. Certainly, COVID-19 and other industry crisis have impacted the business in the last six months and many good people lost their jobs. However, the team at Lamsco has been working very hard to bridge the gap and come out stronger. I feel proud to be part of this team.
