Lamkin, Van Eman, Trimble & Dougherty, LLC Review

I would like to take the time and said thank you to the team of lawyers that represented me on behalf of my late husband. The process was long but they stayed on top of things and was able to bring things to light that showed evidence pertaining to his death. I would recommend this team of Attorneys to anyone. I couldn't have chosen a more experienced team of lawyers, and even to this day Mr. Tim Van Eman gave me a call to see how I am holding up during this pandemic, and told me that if I need anything don't hesitate to call for help. Tim Van Eman, and his partners, are of the highest legal character and extremely knowledgeable. In my practice as a personal injury lawyer, I do not take medical malpractice cases. I want my clients who have such claims to receive zealous representation. That's why i refer almost all my clients who have concerns about the care they received from a doctor to Tim Van Eman.

I was treated extremely rudely from a lawyer at this firm. Was not willing to even give me some basis why they wouldn't help! I would be surprised if you were not ever sued. I essentially asked for help, by explaining my situation. It wasn't given consideration. Their company policies were described on the web site, which was not how this lawyer treated me. Basically he rushed through not listening to my concerns. I feel this firm is archaic in its thinking. I'm sure they won't litigate any concerns to help people further life in a legal atmosphere. This firm is ridiculous.
