Tim Van Eman handled my husband's malpractice case. Tim and his staff were awesome. He took time to explain each step that would take place. This type of case takes a great length of time. I never had to call for status!; Tim kept me up to speed every step of the way. Everyone that was involved in bringing this case together was wonderful. They worked with my time schedule knowing it was important that I not miss work, and also to care for my husband. When he needed to use outside people they always worked under the same standards at Tim does. Not only is Tim a skillful attorney, but he is one of the most compassionate people I have met.
